Authorities say 23-year-old Lindsay Taylor Cook was “not seriously injured”

Stupid cunt. Some dumb cunt ran her car into the wall of the parking garage near my office a few months back, fortunately for the people below the walls are strong.
"mistaking the gas for the brake" should be cause for instant forfeiture of your license.

>dat response time
4:30 seconds from boom to ambulance arrival, not bad at all.

Thats one of the benefits of not living in the ghetto or basketball american territory

Why don't you have one yet?
Because I don't want one.
Batteries aren't high enough capacity
Still takes too long to charge
No clutch of any sort, the Empulse has one so it doesn't feel like riding a scooter
Give it another 5 years and e-bikes will be pretty cool, but they still aren't ready yet.

lol what a joke
Any bike can go fast
Any bike can have good fuel economy
but electric bikes take out all the passion / feels / exhaust
Genuine question:
Are there compact relatively new (2005+) compact hatches or coupes those don't look like a piece of soap?
Define soap
>>14711418
Aw, you know man, a bar of soap like what gets talked about here on /o/. Also I want a manual cause automatics are gay, it can't be pigfat, and FWD sucks too so there's that.
>>14711463
that's not me.
Well, something more squarish than modern camry or corolla, nissan or any korean car
What do black people call the rim of a wheel?

What's a fair price for my 1997 Ford Mustang? It's got 155k miles but has had all maintenance done on it and new tires. Body, paint and interior is in great condition too, the only bad thing about it is that it's a V6 automatic. Is $3000 asking for too much?
>V6
>auto
>155k
>$3000
I hope this is a joke
>>14711283
I've spent way more on that just getting the engine running in perfect shape
>>14711275
Too expensive. Check your local CL and you'll see that barely go for 2500
>tfw you take car to mechanic because it needs a clutch
>tfw you normally do all work yourself but you don't have the lift and other necessary stuff for clutch job
>tfw they somehow fucked it up and it's slipping again 450 miles later
Hold me, /o/
>450 miles later
>they fucked up
LOL
learn to drive faggot.
Get jackstands and some friends
>>14711272
This. Sounds like you burned a clutch in 450 miles.
Stop trying to launch at every stoplight.
>Americans almost had this
Thanks 2008 recession

>buying a used Mazda3 for $15,000
Why aren't you buying a brand new one for $20,000?
And no, the Mazda3 is the best used car for UNDER $10,000.
The best used car for $15,000 is a BMW 8 series.
My stepdad just got an '07 Aston Martin Vantage V8
What does /o/ think of these? Not sure if he's going to let me drive it
its only got 20k miles on it
paid 55k.

I'm looking for a used diesel sedan for my next car. Looks like I can get a mid 2000s Mercedes with around 100k miles for around 10 grand. Is it worth it?
>>14710868
>Mercedes
>Is it worth it?
no
Rust
On a related note, is there even a decent diesel car in the states?
If land rovers are so unreliable, why are they so popular?
>>14710788
Because they conquered the world and could get to places jeeps could never dream off.
Basic utility land cruisers weren't sold in Europe so there wasn't a reliable alternative
And FYI weeb pickup trucks (Hilux, L200s etc) have replaced land rovers in most serious applications
>>14710788
because they are only reliable when dipshits own/drive them
Do any of my fellow wageslaves just go on make websites and build vehicles they'll never afford during their lunch break?
Like just make your perfect car, price wheels and tires on tirerack, check the trade-in value of your current car, look up your bank account, estimate your monthly payment and insurance, imagine driving your new baby around, and then sigh and close out all your tabs?
I do this but with PCs

nice trips.
What year would be a good one to get a used G Class (V8), and or would getting a Wolf and fixing it up be a better option.

http://g-wagenaccessories.com/
Yes I have read the sticky. The sedans on there are not necessarily available with manual trans, and I'd prefer something a bit more reliable than the BMW, merc, VW, etc
I have a VW golf, but I'd like to trade it for something a bit more comfy.
Any recommendations on used, manual trans, sedans under 10k? I can get a 07 Passat 6spd but I'm concerned about the same reliability issues that the Golf has
>>14710719
Mazdaspeed6 if you can find one, don't think the new gen Taurus SHO come in manual unfortunately...
>>14710719
Mazdaspeed 6
basically anything jap, 4doors and a manual.
>>14710758
>>14710763
These if you can't find any decent sedans. Mazda 3/6 sedans are also a good choice, Mazda in general having great reliability/manuals.
