Any input would be a big help. I'm swapping out the head gasket on my 98 Accord. While I was breaking the nut off the cramshaft pulley, I spun the pulley counterclockwise about 1/4, and the cramshaft spun along with it. To not fuck with timing, I'm just suspending the pulley with the belt still on it so I won't have to fuck with setting the timing. Turning the engine with the belt still on doesn't ruin anything, right? I guess I could spin the crankshaft a few times after I'm done to be completely sure?

>suspending the pulley with the belt still on it
clarify
Turning engine over manually with belt on will not damage anything. If everything was turning together, the car is still in time. If something slipped or popped a tooth, you should double check because it's probably not in time.

Not a real thing. It's either its a GT-S or its an SR-5. It's most likely an SR5 seeing how cheap it is. Nothing special.
This on the other hand is a real GT-S, although this one is a hatch instead of a coupe. Notice how much its going for

The ad says it had a 4AG swapped in so it is definitively a SR5 to GTS conversion. However with that low of a price and the fact a lot of the GTS conversions out there dont work properly half the time, I would say to avoid it.
But if OP really wants it, I suggest to inspect the car and make sure the conversion was done properly and the car can in fact run.
What am i missing. Please explain.
It was sold by both toyota and subaru.Toyota sold it under Scion.
Scion doesn't exist anymore so it's just Toyota. That's why there's 3

It still doesn't make any sense why this needed to be badged as a Subaru. It does nothing for the Subaru brand.

Why would they go fuck about with 5 engines?
Why not just build a 4x scale model of a v8 engine?
Or put a diesel train engine in it?

Hi Chicken boy

Shy, isolated, sexually confused farm boy Duncan Mudge's mother has recently died, leaving him under the supervision of his stern, depressed father Edgar. Duncan seems somehow to have transferred his love for the deceased mother to his favorite chicken, which he takes everywhere, even to bed. He has developed the odd habit of putting the chicken's head in his mouth—to calm the animal, he says. Duncan also likes to dress in his late mother's clothing, much to the distress of his bewildered father. The small, insular band of conformist teens that comprise adolescent social life in Duncan's world initially ostracize him, then allow him in to their circle only reluctantly, and largely for their own amusement. Duncan is beset with a profound sense of grief while trying to reconcile himself to a world in which he is a sexual alien. His crush on a local boy, Perry Foley, ends terribly in a violent altercation where Perry forces himself on Duncan.
Is this shit too good to be true? Looking for a first car and spotted this classic meme for what looks to be a steal. Thoughts /o/?

Just bought my first car. Got this for 3.5k. A 1993 Toyota Celica. Advice from anyone who's owned a Celica in the past ? The reliability of this car should be good right? I live in Minnesota and when school starts for me here my car is gonna be outside in a dorm parking lot for about 9 months of the year. Also any advice on taking car of the car and making sure nothing goes to shit during the winter?

Alright Im looking to buy an SUV. Im looking at first generation Ford Expeditions, Hummer H2, chevy/gmc tahoe/yukon, or a first generation Toyota Sequoia. which one would do you think
would be the best for driving in snow and on unpaved roads.

I guess a better way to put it is which one would do it the easiest, because I need it as a daily driver
Would this be a good buy for somebody looking for a barge to daily? Monthly payments would be around 80-100 dollars a month.
What the fuck. Are those Somali dollars? That's a $1K car in the US.
Yeah it's a good car. It's a Panther coupe too which is more rare.
Not worth 1/5th of that. You'd be a fool to buy that at that price.
Hey /o/, I got in an accident, car is totalled, looking to get a new car.
How would I go about getting a new car? What are some good websites I can browse through? What are some good models/makes I should look out for?
I am a cheap 22 year old Asian kid with 0 class, so I prefer pieces of shit econoboxes that I can drive locally/long distance. I live in Mississauga, Canada, a super suburb next to Toronto.
My 2005 Matrix if anyone's interested lol
Thanks in advance guys! pls no trol ;(
bump? anyone please please
You're being incredibly vague. Think about what you want out of a car, the price range, the condition you want it in, how far you'd travel for it, etc. As far as finding one once you've figured those out cargurus has always been helpful, as is Craigslist if you really know what you're looking for and how to tell if it's been taken care of if you're looking into used.
Kijiji and buy another matrix they're great cars.
