I need new tires for my Honda Civic. I think I'll get Michelin Defender tires. Any better tires I could be getting? What does /o/ think?
>>14720128
Cooper CS5 Ultra Touring.
>>14720128
What are they supposed to defend? Your virginity?
All-seasons suck dude, unless you have really cold winters you really don't need to buy anything other than hard summer tires.
>>14720143
I live in Minnesota, is that cold enough?
I was considering whether to the BRZ, 370Z, or MX-5 RF as my next car, but now that I hear the V6 version of the Camaro is coming out with a 1LE track pack, I'm looking at that too.
I'm just wondering, if I get the V6, is the ownership experience going to be completely fucking miserable? I feel like if I ever have to post my car on a message board or talk with another owner, and bring up that I have a V6, I'm going to have to explain myself over and over and over again even though I shouldn't have to. The truth is that I want a well handling coupe, and don't need a lot of power to be happy. The V6 would be cheaper and lighter, and I don't see any muscle car heritage in the design so I don't really care about MUH V8 like I would with a Mustang/Challenger.
I mean I'd make fun of you.
>>14720124
God damn, don't be so fucking insecure about it. You obviously know what you're looking for; get what you want.
The only people who bitch about V6 Mustangs/Camaros/Challengers are on /o/. Most car forums don't give a fuck because their members cover every trim option and they're usually interested in others who have the same stuff they do. Buy what you want and stop worrying about the retards who post on here.
What do you guys think of 2004 Sorento?
In a situation where I'm trading my shitbox which is in dire repair. Not worth fixing really It's the v6 5 speed manual model. Any huge issues with it? I know it's not a car person car but it's gotta do for a while till I save up for a nice car.
>>14720096
Never buy a car to save money. A newer car might save you money on repairs but fuel costs would increase if you drive a fuel efficient car now and tax and insurance would increase. Plus the payment itself if you finance.
What's wrong with your old car?
>>14720181
Needs new rad. Exhaust. Struts steering rack. Wheel wells. Tires
>>14720181
Also this is a private trade. Not a dealer trade.
haven't been here in a while. turns out it's still a bunch of people
REPEATEDLY
FUCKING
POSTING
about how their cars are the best cars
and how you shouldn't consider driving anything that isn't a car off their List of Acceptable Cars
and how if you like something besides what they like, you're "autistic" and could choose a better car
bench racing left and right
you fuckers need to just stop. go enjoy life instead of hanging out here. you get NOTHING OF VALUE here. if you insist on sticking around, just realize that if someone else likes a car that isn't your favorite, that's all right and it just means more for you
and the Crown Victoria is fine for some stuff, but it's not really great, same goes for old Volvos and i have one of those so fuck off. and the Miata is great but there are other goddamn cars out there okay?
here's a picture of a car. how ya doin otherwise?
If ya don't engage in it, and actively post constructively, then the board becomes a better place.
Nice Benz, I like the period wheels.
you sound autistic
like legit auts not in 4chan insult style
i read about four lines of your post then just skimmed the rest

>tfw no manual Lincoln Mark VIII
That car looks like your momma sat on the bonnet
>>14720021
It's called the Thunderbird Supercoupe.
Also, its an easy swap to put in a manual
>>14720040
manual swap into the Mark VIII. The first years most SCs came with a manual.
The supercharged V6 is very nice.
Im looking to revamp an old snowboard. using contact paper but would like to use something over top to make it strong and thinking automotive clear coat of some sort. my question is will this stuff crack with the movement of the board? anyone use this stuff?
>>14719967
BLAST IT WITH PISS
thanks! but looking for a more permanent solution
anyone use this?
so /o/ which one will you be buying?
made this picture for you took many hours in paint
Mustang GT. Because v8, because it blows both out of the water.
v8 Camaro, Because v8, because it blows both out of the water.
Fiat Spider. Because it's not ugly and gay like the Miata and packs a turbo.
In the best circumstances, about how low can you negotiate the price of a new (2015-2016) car that's around 40k?
Average circumstances ?
Do you guys have any tips or experiences you can share ?
>americans need a truck to tow some wood
My Grandad is finishing up his project. What do you think?
>>14719390
I think it looks like shit.
>>14719402
Fuck off and get out of my thread.
Can i get some real opinions here? Preferably from other women please. Men don't know anything about cars.
>>14719552
Almost made good bait there, but this killed it. Have a free reply friendo.
My friend is selling me his gtr 2012 maxed out with 20k miles for only 65k, would you pull the trigger h/o/mos?
>>14719317
Warranty is probably void.
>>14719317
No. I could buy most of my favorite cars for that price.
>>14719333
What car is faster than a gtr at 60k?
I would buy it for 50k and I'll pay for the shipping to my country.
>start my car, play eurobeat
>4k rpk, shift to 2nd
>5k rpm, shift to 3rd
>55km/h
all of this happended in like 15 seconds
god i love my rustbox man
Ticos are so cool
Needs some yellow fog lights and a trunk filled with tofu. Then we'll talk.
>>14719071
I had to stop playing eurobeat on my car because I was starting to drive like a douchebag
Ok so this is a tough one. My friend said he saw this car the other day and really wants to know what it is. This picture he drew of the rear end is the only thing I have to go on, specifically the shapes of the tail lights is what I'm looking at. Does this look familiar to anyone?
370z maybe?
1997 Twingo 1.3 (Brazilian domestic)
He kept comparing it to a lamborghini, but he said its not the Huracan or the new NSX. Im thinking some kind of mid-engined super car if that helps
ITT Cars we really didn't feel the need for
>Lamborghini LM 002
Anything American.
There was a need for it. Many militaries were looking for bigger better off road vehicles to replace jeep like vehicles and the rich were looking at suv like vehicles to drive around in.
Anything European.
Hi, /o/.
I've been looking around for something that's a practical DD that I can use that would also have enough power to not be bored all the fucking time. I found a really nice CTS-V for about 12k on craigslist that has 230k miles. Catch is though, all of those are highway miles and the car has always been kept up on regular maintenance, the clutch has been replaced, everything looked mechanically sound when I went to see it awhile ago. So the question is, what is your opinion on a car with a lot of highway miles? Does it actually really mean that the car doesn't have nearly as much wear on it as if it were all city miles?
thanks.
>>14718572
Forgot to include it's a 2005 model. Also it has the 5.7.
Usually highway miles are better
most people say its all high way miles even if it isnt. so take it with a grain of salt and you got to realize highway miles or not, maintenance or not, its a highly strung sports car engine with 230k+ miles. be ready to pay out the ass on repairs or a new engine not long from when start driving it if you buy it
Why don't road courses integrate banked corners for higher speeds?
>>14718495
why don't roads have boost strips like Mario kart?
>>14718495
Why isn't gasoline free?
>but roads have banked corners
OP, do you even drive?
