I've just swapped a Romeo 4.6L into my 2000 Mustang GT and we've hooked everything back up as well as replaced all fluids, but it only cranks when I turn the key. It won't turn over. What could the problem be?
Does it have spark? Does it pump fuel?
Answer those questions and come back here.
>>17733981
What do you mean spark? Like spark plugs? Yeah they're in there
>>17734007
Doesn't mean the plugs are getting current
If you had to choose one "boring" vehicle to use as your daily for the rest of your life, what would you choose? By boring I meant Toyota Corolla-levels of boring.
Vehicle brands are restricted to: Toyota, Volvo, Peugeot, Mazda, and Suzuki.
And the vehicle has to be at least 10 years old but younger than 20 (1997-2007)
>>17733893
Probably a Suzuki SX4 manual.
5 door so easy entry for all occupants
Hatchback sized so easy to maneuver
Not ton of power but some
AWD for snow and light offroading
Good empeegees
Probably reliable?
Timing chain if get 2.0
Decent visibility
Smol
Only thing that isn't a Subaru that fills all those requirements/general stuff.
Pretty much perfect DD imo
8th gen Honda Accord
Oh wait I already drive one
toyota crown or cressida
What do you see in this image?

autism
Wasted engine bay space that could've been used for an LS.

What's it like knowing you would never have achieved that without the publics help?

What's it like knowing you can't even do 40 push ups?
I financed my first car back on February. It is a Honda civic coupe lx 2015. I now really regret it due to the inconvenience of having two large doors, small backseat, small trunk and I dislike the transmission. (CVT).
Is there a way I can go to the Honda dealership and swap it for another vehicle of similar price and payments? I would like a sedan or hatchback. Maybe a Honda fit.
>>17733451
Why did you buy a meme?
>4 door Audi a4 master race
>>17733451
Since Honda Fits are cheaper you might be able to trade it in for a used one with almost no cash on top, but your payments will stay the same if not go up a bit.
Unless you really really fucking hate it though your better off just sticking with it.

>Don't worry champ, you'll find a deal soon. Back in the 80's I got my first 1969 Camaro for $300 from the classifieds. Only had 17,000 miles too.
>What do you mean $7,000 for that?! Son, it's a 23 year old Nissan coupe with 140,000 miles on it.
>Give the owner a firm handshake, look him in the eye and tell him 'not a dime more than $600'.
>>17733317
>it's everyone else's fault but my own
But seriously 7k for a fucking Nissan with 140k miles is absolute ass
>>17733317
This meme is over dude. You're behind the times.
>My dad gave me his old truck when I turned 16. Wasn't fancy, but it got the job done. We fixed the carburetor with your moms hairpin.
You get "free" truck from uncle
>You can't make that old truck work son? Your not tryin hard enough!
Truck needs $400 in electrical work, $600 for Cadillac converters, $300 for oxy sensors, and $450 in parts and labor to find and fix an evap leak so it will pass inspection. Ad $800 in tires when your done.
You can't afford it?
>You just go down to Goodyear and ask for the by buddy, manager Frank. You look him square in the eye and tell him you need this truck for work. Give him a firm handshake and he'll pass your inspection! (Frank quit in 2002 when Goodyear was passed on to the 7th manager in 3 years, Frank shot himself and his wife). Oh, talk to Tommy while your down there. He knows me. He'll help you out. (Tommy died of alcoholic liver failure in 1997)
How good are these wrenches /o/? All of my tools are in burger and I need some metric wrenches for my Chinese mini bike.
>pro in the name
Probably going to be shit.
Best cheap tools are Gearwrench, Powerbuilt, or Pittsburgh Pro. (NOT Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh Pro!).

I call fucking bullshit. You can still see it working in the footage.
The challenger for example:
>take cues in exterior design from older classic challengers
>replace interior with new materials and technology
>update engine but keep the same horsepower output
>add current safety features so it meets today's safety standards
Explain to me why we can't have a 2017 impala that looks like a 1947 impala
>>17732231
the "keeping up with the joneses" factor
Chad and Stacy don't want a classic Impala, they want a hideous spaceship with wheels
they don't care that it's ugly, they just care that it looks edgy and new
The Challenger just happened to be a work of art but it was pure coincidence. It shares nothing underneath. It's not even in the same class as the original Challenger (pony car vs full size) there was the 2005 mustang. Or maybe you were 12 years old when that came out.
Retro design can look good but come on. Not everything has to be stuck in the past to look good or to be that model. Take the Fox Body Mustang for example. They purposely designed it to not look like a Mustang, they were thinking of killing it or turning it into a fwd car. But then, the fox body has become an icon in Mustang history and some argue the most Mustang of all Mustangs.
>>17732448
>OP clearly states that the challenger has been updated throughout the years
>McBoomer over here tries to claim it shares nothing underneath with the original car
Of course it doesn't retard, I suggest you read the OP more carefully before making posts in the future. I know all this technology stuff is new to you gramps but that's no excuse for projectile vomiting your shitty boomer opinions everywhere.
How hard is to change your own brake pads?
>>17732200
If you have to ask, take it to a shop.
>>17732200
About as hard as Legos
>>17732200
depends on how many johnson rods are engaging your drums. if you cant find it online, I'd call a shop and give them your model, year, and trim package because bigger brakes have more rods

>>17730679
Yep. Gave me about 3 years and then i sold it

No, transmission died at 155k. Best thing that ever happened to me because I left the econobox meme once and for all
