Why don't they make cars in bright colors anymore?
Bright colors anger me.
they look tasteless

Cars are not supposed to be beautiful anymore.
Does /o/ like Gremlins?

Never owned one so I dont get much of an opinion here but I would buy one in a second
Are DIY car wash services /o/ approved ? There opened one in the closest city
Any tips for it ? Or experiences ?
Should I rinse again after the wax or wipe/polish after waxing?
Local car wash street costs me 15 eurinos
I could half the costs maybe

I have my own hosepipe, bucket, sponge, chamois, and car shampoo, and don't have an HOA with bullshit rules to steal my house.
Why should I pay to wash my own car>

I am not allowed to wash my car in my garden for environment reasons and don't have equipment for it obviously
Got a 2500-3000 euro budget, Eastern Europe.
Been doing some research, looking for the following things:
Decent fuel economy in city (under 10-11l/100km)
Over 90 HP
Newer than 2000
Got a few options, but I haven't made a choice yet.
2004 BMW E46 320d/330d
2002 Ford Focus ST170
2005 Alfa Romeo 156 Sportwagon
2006 Mazda 6 Sport
2004 Volvo V50
2004 Audi A4 Avant
2003 VW Passat
Also considering a Miata NB, but I don't know if it's actually worth it. Don't know any other sports cars I can find in this price range.
Anything good on my list? Or am I missing a better choice?
>>17748561
5 Twingos
>>17748656
this. not even shitting.
Twingo is on my list if I don't go through with a more expensive car, I found one for 400 euros recently. That, or a Lupo with the 105HP engine if I can get it cheap.
Remember when colors existed?
Holy shit post the fucking thread 4chan
>>17748296
I remember when green was a thing. What a glorious time it was. Now everything not gray and not Volvo is red, and Volvos are beige.

Atleast blue gets made sometimes.
Because blue is best color

3d print your own tires.
Study chemistry to create gasoline or a fuel similar to gasoline.
My friend leased a 2017 Subaru STi and it completely broken today. At 5000 miles the clutch was completely burned out and in pieces apparently, so he replaced it. It's at 7000 miles and today it broke down very badly.
He was showing me how he can shift without putting the clutch in... Didn't want to say anything but it didn't seem good. A few hours later there was this insane rattling every time he accelerated, I figured it to be a loose bolt on the exhaust or heat shield. About 10 - 20 minutes after the rattling the car completely shut down, no brakes, power steering, nothing. He got it to start by rev bombing it and inching it to a safe place. Any idea on what happened? I honestly have no clue.
>He was showing me how he can shift without putting the clutch in...
>guys why it's broken
>>17747439
Is that the sole reason the whole car shut down though? That's pretty much my question
>>17747412
>Lease car
>pay to replace parts
Pick one
your friend sounds like a genuine dick sucker
>need to buy a reliable single cab long-bed truck
>majority of trucks at the dealership are 4-door short beds
>the few single cabs in stock aren't long beds and have v6/v4 engines
What the fuck happened to pickup trucks?
I'd rather not buy something too old one due to rust problems, poor performance, bad compatibility with modern fuel dispensers, etc... but god damn they had it right back then when it came to body design and practicality. Modern trucks look like mini-vans with a bed.

>What the fuck happened to pickup trucks?
I feel you, Opie. The top three best-selling cars in America are trucks people use as cars. That's why they're all four-door short-box minivans.
My dad wanted a truck exactly as you described (but also in manual), and ended up driving to the opposite coast.
ITT: Modern stereos that look good in old cars. Because most like pic related just don't.
Name your favourite sleek, classy, minimalist or retro stereos.

Cletus just left some wires hanging in my car. At least he had the courtesy to hook up an aux cord but I don't know if that even works

Yeah that's a legit way to go about it, but what if you want bluetooth?
(And not just bluetooth module to aux in between)
Why are turbos more common in Diesel engines than gasoline engines?
its better
>>17746134
Without a turbo a diesel engine is unacceptable, without a turbo a gasoline engine is fine. Basically the market demands it.
It makes them less garbage
Give me reasons I shouldn't buy a Porsche Boxster
>>17745172
only buy one if you can spend $5k on preventative maintenance immediately after purchase
IMS bearing.
If that's not an issue, sure.
Couldn't afford a 911 so you bought the girl version instead, huh?
what's the coolest, most fun to drive $45k-55k stickshift car you can buy right now that won't lose half its value in 6 years?
