Is this car worth going to check out? I don't know much about E46s and the different variants, so I was hoping someone on /o/ might be able to help. I really want to pick up a manual wagon, preferable that's RWD or AWD, and this seems to fit that. From the pics it looks really clean except for a minor rust spot on the quarter that is fixable and hazy headlights. Also, I think I remember hearing something about E46 rear subframes cracking. Does that happen with wagons, or is that just a sedan can coupe problem?

Literally nothing. It's just underwhelming from a car enthusiast perspective or for anyone that gives a shit about the actual power production of their car. A lot of the new entry level BMWs are all running turbo 4s and make shit power but have retained every other aspect of BMW which is the only reason people buy these fucking things (brand name, luxury, safety, etc...)
My friend has a 320i with a 4 banger and it's boring as shit. But it's a new BMW and it's comfy and nice otherwise.

There is this Mercedes W126 standing at a dealer on my way to work and I kinda fell in love with it seing it every day...
It has only one previous owner which took good care of it so there is no rust or whatsover
I already checked insurance and tax payments I would have to make... I don't make a lot of money but I could afford it!

I recently bought this as a weekend cruiser and fucking adore it.
It's a great design and gets a lot of compliments. There's a pretty large online community who love 126s who can help you with any issues.
I don't know how I feel about the brown but it's at least unique.
