Alright /o/ Im making myself a soft drink can shift nob and wondering if anyone here has done one? otherwise post cool shiftnobs
>>15873157
mad JDM bruh
Use a mannequin hand as a shift knob so you can know what it's like to hold a hand.
Duck shifter or GTFO.
This is what the world deserves, but no what it needs.
Looks like a Subaru Outback

Adding plastic cladding and some higher springs an offroad vehicle does not make

Thought it was a mazda cx3
Hey /o/, /tg/ here. I need some classic 60's and 70's cars for a homebrew game, like used in pic related.

Been considering a mazda 3 for my first car. Wanted a hatchback. Manual of course. Can anyone share their experience with these? Need a reliable car for a student and I've heard mixed opinions on these
>>15872582
s grand touring. drive as far as necessary to get one.
>>15872582
I have an 05 hatch with the 2.3L and 5spd
LOVE this car. 160k miles.
Ive needed an alternator and struts.
Watch out for rear motor mounts and MAF wiring
>>15872582
are you asking about the speed 3 or the normal 3?
The speed 3 is fast, clutch isn't as fun to work with if you are commuting
The normal 3 is a great car from what i've read and observed. A lot of them with a lot of miles out there.
what car is this?

I've been looking for a well maintained, clean 98+ Lexus SC400, and they rarely pop up. So, I want /o/'s advice on whether this is a good decision or not, at $7k.
This one's got 180k miles, but has all service records, no modifications, everything has been done on time and done properly. Just got new tires, brakes; all suspension bushings redone in poly. The only issue is that the front bumper's been repainted and it doesn't really match.
I hear these cars will last to at least 300k with proper maintenance, but 180k is still high and I haven't had one of these before. What do you think?
>>15872388
This is the interior. All in perfect shape.
>>15872389
Its right hand drive or is the owner an idiot?
Wait for a better one that you are comfortable with. The people that made these cars last 300k miles are the ones that could afford to repair them when they occasionally did break. If stupid niggers get their hands on them and drive into a a wall outside of KFC, you might as well treat the car as a tired out base model camry that has been abused by young females who never changed the oil and ran the fuel tank dry five or six times last summer.
They are awesome cars. If you cant find the right LS400, just get a good LS400, LS430, GS400
Volvo thread post your bricks
Got new low profile tires didn't put em on yet, gonna slam the shit out of it once I do tho

How modable is the 1985 dodge omni ? Also how hard to find parts ?
>>15872386
I have literally never heard of that vehicle, so idk you tell me
You should mod it into beer cans
>>15872386
Those wheels, that spoiler. dont bother fixing it, its already dead.
Why shouldn't I buy a modern Subaru WRX?
>>15872384
You should. They're amazing cars.
>>15872384
You should. they're great.
>>15872384
>different needs = different cars
doesn't take a moron to understand this
Just got a new subaru (exact car in picture)
Should I plastidip the rims black?
>>15872382
I just realized this is probably a slow moving thread, so I'll leave some questions up:
Should I mask off lugnuts with tape?
Is it realistic to expect to be able to fit a bag to mask the rotor through the spokes of that specific rim?
Is it better to put index cards around rim or spray time with armorall?
photoshop skillz 4 the bump
>>15872382
I hope to god it's manual or your gonna hate life
>>15872395
No automatic. What's the issue?
Thoughts on buying a 2008 Porsche Cayenne GTS with 200,000km(124,000miles) on it for around $22,000 CAD Before bargaining. Just wondering if it's worth it cuz it has a high mileage do porsche's generally last long?
>>15872328
Why do you want an suv
Do you need to hold kill kits?
Because you can hold kill kits in a wagon
>>15872348
it's just what i've always driven, and the only type of car my family drives.
>>15872328
literally a re-badged Audi which is why it depreciates like an Audi.
What are some tasteful mods for a pickup truck?

Or at least I think I did. Idk there were a lot of us. That's why I don't pay child support for your dumb ass.
Hi /o/!
Every once in awhile I like making a thread to just help out fellow anons who have questions about how dealerships/salesman work!
I'd prefer not to give out super specific information about myself, but I sell at a fairly large dealership, primarily new but occasionally pre-owned. A big Japanese brand.
Ask anything related to how the process works, tips tricks, whatever!
Totally unrelated but, do you think this car looks like it would be reliable?

>>15872105
Credit karma says 745/732. Can you give me an ballpark interest rate on a used 20k car? 8k down.
>>15872105
I recently had a salesman lie to me about what the dealership provided for buying a used bike. Namely, they covered the 10k service for 60 days after purchase. The dealership did the service and swallowed the cost because of this. The same dealership later gave me a tire for free because instead of replacing the tube the service department did the whole thing. How common is this?
Donald trump wife own an NSX, what /o/ opinion on dat?
She doesn't. they actually sold it on Ebay some time ago this year or last year. I watched the auction.
>>15872063
BASED af. another reason to vote
>>15872063
The choice is obvious.
It's OK, you can admit it, /o/. No one will call you a faggot in this thread. Probably.
How good at driving are you, actually?
I'm so good at driving that I can weave though traffic without needing my turn signals.
>>15871708

>>15871708
