As vanilla as vanilla gets, but it's the most popular flavor for a reason.
>>15904849
its biggest flaw is that it doesn't really have any flaws. it knows what it is and it does its job well, and the V6 option packs a lot more torque if that's what you want in your DD. the only gripe I have with it isn't even the car's fault, it's those recent toyota ads that try to market it as being "sporty"
Th/o/ughts?
Worth the money? Found one for $38k with 37k miles on it.
Or should I go limited? I'd use it to go mudding, long road trips and beaches but it will be a DD forever
Shameless bump
not gonna lie i think it looks good
unlike most of toyotas other modern cars
see if you can get it for a bit cheaper,37k miles is alot for a car that's a year old
>>15904302
It came out in 2014, so that's about 15k a year - average. But I'm shooting for $35k out the door
Honestly I think these things will be classics in 10 years

What's the ideal wheel size for sportscars?
at what point are wheels "too big" ?
I recently saw a boxster S with fucking 20" wheels from the factory, with a tiny profile tire almost painted on.
I personally think any wheel size above 17" is unnecessarily big.

Why would you EVER want to own a KEKtruck???

still truckucked
trucks = business/work vehicles
part of business and work is making decisions like that instead of trying to be cool.

I know lol, just 29k miles is pretty low. Mileage is reported as zero from probably not having a dead battery + digital cluster

does /o/ have any opinions of the mk3 supra? i know you guys love the mk4, but surely this has some similar merits yes? or is it the older brother that people forgot existed?
slow, head gaskets, pigfat as fuck, shit suspension geometry, zero turn radius, can't turn.
they also look like shit in my opinion but a lot of people defend them because they think they look good
I think most of /o/ generally agrees that the mk3 is good. It's one of the few old japanese cars that can be bought for cheap and is pretty easy to make it fast. Looks good too. The bad things are the headgasket in the 7m engines can blow if the headbolts are not torqued properly. More of a matter of when, not if if the problems not fixed. It's also very heavy and it's turning and suspension leave a lot to be desired. But at the same time it is a GT car so quick handling and weight was not a prime concern when it was designed I guess.
Overall, if you have the time and a bit of cash, it's a solid car if you're looking to buy one. Just be prepared to get your hands dirty when you have to fix something on it.
Pic related, my mk3

would be a nice first car?
Well I hope you guys are happy, I got let go before my shift even ended. They called me and wanted me in at 9 instead of noon.
Accidentally double gasketed a new camry and the filter let go on the highway. Customer called back, didnt realize that oil was flowing out and the engine seized. They said it was either make me pay or let me go. Chose to just leave.
Fucking pissed.
