This is possibly the worst car in terms of expereince I've ever driven.
The car's driving experience is totally weird. It's trying to be a comfortable tourer and an aggressive sports car at the same time. I mean why? What was Lexus thinking here?
I agree that big V8 is potent enough to be good performer but the sheer weight on this thing is letting this thing down. I said this because Lexus marketed this as a rival to the BMW M4.
But I'll give a full 10 on the comfort it has on stand still. The seats(real plushy)and the whole setting inside is really pleasing to the eyes.

Not at all but the entire experience was confusing. If Lexus wanted it to be a sports car, drop some weight. If they wanted it to be a GT kind of car, give it more of a elegant look rather than such an aggressive style it has.
been thinking about getting a second gen samurai as a DDble project car,thoughts?
they're light af,cheap and look good,i figured it won't take much to make them decent
maybe swap in a 1.8l corolla engine or a 2.4l accord engine,i'm sure the bay will fit

That's not how engine swaps work.. I don't know why everyone thinks you can just cram any engine into any car.. Trust me, you don't have the knowledge and skill to pull off an engine swap unless they make a kit for it, and even then you wouldn't want to shell out for it. $$

Got car back from mechanic
>1 wire set
6 spark plugs
1 overflow cap
idler pulley
tensioner pulley
1 serpentine belt even tho the old one was fine
coolant

Car drives fine for a day then day after getting car back it decides to drive like its on cruise control. Can maintain 55MPH without hitting the pedal
>Start car up again and it jumps to 3000 RPMS idle
How do I get my mechanic to fix my idle for free seeing how it barely went a day being fine.
