>ywn be this autistic when cleaning your car
>>16175962
You only do this like once a year.
I've cleaned the shit out of my inner fenders, and shit. Blasted all the dirt off the suspension components.
Never needed to go in like pic. I just blast it with brake clean, and wash off with water. 100% clean

There's no point for most people.
But if you ever want to win a car show it really is necessary.
Paddock cars will look good, better than most cars really, but the winners look like something that was freshly built in a factory where everyone wears full body suits behind an airlock and you can see the difference.
>>16175967
i do this at least 4 times a year famo
Should I really pay more than 400 dollars for wheels for my truck? Weight isn't really an issue so I should just get the cheapest ones that look good right?
Also, should I go 15 inch with huge tires or 17/18 inch with slightly less huge tires?
>>16175659
Just go find cheap, used shit on Craigslist.
Can't be more than $200 Americuckbucks for decent truck wheels.
>>16175666
Buy some basic Cragar steels in your desired size, they can be had for as low as $45 a wheel.
What truck? I'd stick to 15/16's honestly, keep the big sidewalls and it gives you a wide selection of tire choices in the all season/winter/all terrain categories, typically cheaper too.
IMO,

or

Pick the offset/width/bolt pattern and there ya go, just over $200 for wheels, can even have them taken to a shop and powdercoated if you want them to look better or a different color.
I run a set of Cooper Cobra 255/70/15 on my truck, $90 a tire, basically a cheap alternative to the BFG Radial T/A that's nearly double the price for similar performance.
try your local salvage yard too. you might get lucky and find exactly or pretty damn close to what your looking for usually a fraction of the price
hey /o/, I recently found an ad on CL for a 2004 is300 5 speed. The owner wants to trade it for an AWD car. I daily a 2001 legacy wagon with a 5 speed. He said that he wants 1000 dollars on top of my car for the trade. The lexus is sitting at 188k, while my car is sitting at 170k with brand new tires and is about to be inspected. Is this fair? Also how is the is300 in PA winters?
>>16175208
$20 says you haven't even been to look at the car.
>>16175220
Nope. It's an hour away and I'm trying to get some input before I take a day off to check it out.
Pre-bed plea for help.
Fuck you, I'd buy it.

I think the CIA hacked your car and put that device in there. It's a global positioning device that relays your position. Have you noticed unmarked suspicious vehicles monitoring you?

Refrigeration system for the trunk?
A vent so the smell of a rotting carcass gets out and doesnt get stuck in there?
I bought a 1995 Ford F-150 recently and it runs like shit.
It's got the 302 in it, with an E4OD automatic transmission. It takes revving it to 3.5k for it to shift into the next forward gear. This is a consistent problem, but once it decides to shift, it shifts fine. On the highway at 70mph it will jump between gears, fluctuating between 2k and 3k, usually sticking at 3k when cruising.
I've flushed the transmission, likely the first time it's even seen new fluid, and after driving it for a couple hours it did not help. There was no confetti in the old fluid.
It looks like the next cheapest steps are the throttle position sensor ($20), idle air control valve ($40), or shifting solenoid pack ($100-200).
Any ideas on which one might do it? Any other ideas? I'd rather not cough up the $100 for solenoid pack when a $20 sensor and throttle body cleaning will do it.
This truck is not worth the transmission rebuild/replace, so I might as well drive it till it explodes if none of this works.
>>16174183
>I've flushed the transmission
You fucked it good. Part it out.
>>16174192
¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Well until it blows up, I want it to shift on time
Any codes?

Hey Faggots,
My name is Zane, and I hate every single one of you. All of you are noisy, polluting, maniacs who spend every second of their day looking at stupid ass pictures of cars. You are everything bad in the world. Honestly, have any of you ever smoked weed? I mean, I guess it’s fun terrorizing the roadways because of your own insecurities, but you all take it to a whole new level. This is even worse than walking slowly on the sidewalk.
Don’t be a stranger. Just hit me with your best shot. I’m pretty much perfect. I never stop at red lights if I can help it, and I use the full lane whenever I get the chance. What do you do on the road, other than clip the man on the bike minding his own business? I also frequently break 25mph, and have a banging slim ride (Just lubed her chain; Shit was SO cash). I hope gas goes up to 8 bucks a gallon. Thanks for listening.

While having the key in the crank position means the starter is attempting to spin. Likely the solenoid is sticking. You need a starter, assuming your battery is worth a shit.
check your coil pack, spark plug wire and spark plugs.
How much should I pay for a bone stock supra? Most of the ones in my area cost around 14k.
Or should I just commit sudoku and import a GTR.
I just want something to screw around with and they seem like good investments if I want to sell in the future.
>bone stock supra
A bone stock unmolested 96~ supra will cost you about 30k.
Just get an r32 and save 10k
