What does /o/ think about the Ford Ranger? I'm looking for a fun daily that can also be very reliable in the winter and won't break down on me.
Gas mileage is horrible when I can just get a F-150 but people don't seem to like Ford here. also, what does /o/ think of the newer four door Rangers I'm looking at on the internet? I can't seem to find any here. I'm still new to cars and skimmed the pinned thread for something I like.

I can vouch for Mazda b3000s which are just 3.0l rangers with Mazda badges. Mine is an extremely reliable winter shitbox with very little power (150hp)
It's a good little truck. Don't get a 4.0 for reliability get a 3.0 or the 2.whatever 4cyl. The 4cyls suck tho

Finally got around to replacing the bushings in the shitbox hatch. Also dialed in the preload correctly on the coilovers and it drives so much better now. No more snap oversteer, it's actually very neutral now and oversteer is easy to induce when you want it.

It's faster to get through if you get bored with 3rd-4th stage, the art gets shittier in both cases. All the changes First Stage makes to the manga are sensible, like rearranging the races, the filler in Shingo's arc and elevating the hype by making the same match a proper Saturday night 10 PM battle. I haven't compared them past that, but First Stage is so good you might as well both watch and read it, though I recommend seeing the anime first so you'll won't be confused by the crummy translation at times.

If you want it perfect you need to replace the piece. If you don't care about it being perfect sand it down a little to get the surface rust off and paint it with rust converter. Then you can either rattlecan the whole thing black or just leave it.

There is a clicking sound coming from the belt drive-train area. When idle, the sound is a perfect pattern. When I accelerate the clicking sound goes faster. What could it be?
