What are really tiny cars an American can buy used for cheap to put around in? Smaller than a Civic
Thanks guys!
>>16215595
Impreza is always the answer
Kia Rio
Vw golf

NO KEI?
NO BUY
I want a Geo Metro as my first car but my parents said it's a bad idea
What do you think /o/?
Yeah it's a pretty bad idea when the lightest modern shitboxes weigh 1000lbs more. If you hit anything or anybody hits you, you're pretty much dead. Even a shopping cart will take you out in one of those.
>>16215569
theoretically correct but in practice incorrect
>>16215560
Advantages
>50mpg
>decent storage space
>reliable
Disadvantages
>Accident = death
>manlets only
>prone to rust
>on the way home from work
>V8 fag tries to pass me in my ecoboost V6
>his engine is making tons of noise but going no where
>i put my foot down lightly and speed off
lmao, is there a worse engine layout than a V8?
Your mom's pussy has a far worse layout
I don't see any V6's coming close to these bad boys. inb4 drag racing is gay. You literally just described a drag race.
>>16215564
no, i described a roll race
Did I do good?

What happened to your paint there?
so i recently waxed my car for the first time and i used turtle wax and it took me like fucking 4 hrs
Anyway i went online after and everywhere i see everyone is talking shit about turtle wax
Is it really that bad? whats the best wax to use?
also how often should i wax my car considering its so hard to do it?
>>16215427
What car are you using it on and what's the condition of paint
>>16215452
its a 2002 silver/gray audi
Paint is in great condition, previous owner had it garaged but i dont have a garage so the sun is always hitting it which is why i started waxing it
>>16215460
Get meguires polish, and finish with jetseal. That is all
ITT we are thankful
I'm thankful my pos started today and that it had no mayor issues
I'm thankful I haven't crashed it yet
I'm thankful to all my car bros that lend a wrenching hand when i break down
And I'm thankful I haven't been busted for dui yet

I'm in the market for some wheels now and wanted to see what you guys thought. Basically I am a 25 y/o new in his career and want an excellent commuter with space and good mpg. Basically never thought I would say it but crossover territory. Thing is I love sports cars but really just need this for the aforementioned reasons. Issue is as we all know is these cars are purely utilitarian and serve no purpose aside from point a- b and to have loads of room for mother in laws and groceries .The one thing I want out of it is to give people a good impression about myself. i.e "this guy has his head on right". Hard mode...I would like this car to also give women a good impression about myself as I'm a bit older now and want to settle. Which crossover would give this impression. Honda hrv, Honda crv(both base) Chevy trax (base) Toyota corolla (mid trim). That's basically it . Feel free to add additional models I may have missed.
They are on a car so they really aren't bigger and dues to being heavier they get worse mpg.

What?

Impreza Wagon
Legacy/Outback Wagon
Forester
Turbo 4 or H6
2.5NA = you are a cuck
Are either of these a good value for the money? If so, which is the better buy? I have no tools at all, so keep that in mind.
If neither are good, what do you recommend instead?

The tools are fine, except the modern craftsman ratches are absolute shit.
The sets posted are a good place to start building a tool box, but I would buy a nice set of ratchets also
I have that toolbox. I dig it.
>>16215088
Would you consider the 270-piece kit unnecessarily large, or good for a beginner? I want to try to avoid getting tools that I don't need, but I'm new to DIYing so I don't know what I'll need right now.
Anon recommended I get a stethoscope to diagnose this sound my Neon 95 is making. I pinpointed the sound coming from pic related. What is this device and what could the problem be?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zf5C4JCuXRM
That's weird. Your neon must be older than mine, that's where mine has some kinda control arm
On the left correct?
Looks like the vacuum pump for the fuel tank fumes. Emissions related. I think..... My dodge ram has one and it runs constantly because the little diaphragm on the inside is broken.
I just changed the gears out of my pigfat 2007 Mustang GT from 3.31s to 4.10s.
I realized the gear oil smelled very bad, almost like rotten eggs.
Hopefully I can get the smell out of my tiny garage.
Is there any automotive fluids that smell worse?
>>16214986
Normal gear oil shouldn't smell bad.
BURNT gear oil is what smells.
>>16214986
Backseat cum puddles

The used condoms I left in your back seat. I didn't tie them up. Also dropped one into your air vents.
>tfw can't crack 200kw
why live?
shoulda got an Evo instead of that Fiero with a bodykit
>>16214843
Is this unmodded?
Going from wheel KW to crank HP I got roughly 305HP which is what a stock Evo X makes.
>>16214944
It's a Ralliart. The same Ralliart of which blurry pictures have been getting posted with text along the lines of "wat kar is dis" for weeks now.
ITT: awful useless cars
Holy fuck is this Need for Madness
I played this in middle school

Oh shit I used to play that when I had a potato for a family computer

I've searched and I can't find the answer, and Google isn't helping me much either.
I'm looking at an 2003-2007 Infiniti G35 (a few different ones) and they're all fairly high miles. Is there anyone with experience with these that can suggest anything specific I should be looking at, besides the obvious (what's in the stickies)?
>>16214774
Yes
Pic related
I dint feel like typing tho
>>16214876
Is there anything I should be looking for, as far as what might go wrong in the higher mileage cars. I'm talking like 170k+ in most of these. I'm not afraid of the miles, I'm just wanting to be more informed.
When will you feel like typing?
3rd gear grind, 5th gear not going in. Oil burning, check exhaust tips for a lot of oil cake.
Seat tear near the corner where the seat back adjuster is, interior rattles, BOSE amp failing with loud clicking when turning on first thing.
Why haven't you picked up a glorious ecoboost yet?
I have saved so much gas and I still retain the peppy power. All you gasfags are at the pumps while I fly by with over 200+ miles left on my range.

Because it's a Ford.
I took the cat off my Miata today to see what it sounds like. Worst fucking idea ever. How do ricers deal with this shit?
Deleting your cat is just irresponsible. They don't reduce emissions by half, ten times, or even a hundred times. Your car spews more noxious shit than 300 other cars put together when you delete the cat.
Any different feel performance-wise?
>>16214880
Cat delete Ironhide no real performance gains.
