Congrats, I'm your first view. Only made it 1 second in though sorry looked really uninteresting
Intro is shit, and why would I care about some fuccbois walking around a used car lot?
>>16225655
What do you suggest for an intro improvement?
what do you guys think about diesel cars vs gas cars? like a chevy cruze diesel vs gas
>>16225631
not worth it unless the diesel one is sold cheap
>>16225653
if you could get a diesel car for lets say 10k and a gas for... 8k. would you still get the gas car?
>>16225631
>buying a Cruze, irrespective of whether it's petrol or diesel, in the first place
Don't do this.

I wouln't.
No posts about the new God-machine? Any of you br/o/s have your sights set on this gorgeous beast?

Fuck you, Mazda
>>16225538
Can't afford it, would rather pay rent and uni than a car loved the world round by boipussy enthusiasts and fops.

Wow Mercedes goodjob
I hate most power accesories. You have to hold them down for seconds to engage you may as well do it yourself. Lift gates and power sliding doors move too slow too.

what exactly makes this 4 ton status symbol sporty?
Anyone had experience with Caymans?
Is the S version worth extra 30% of the price?
What mileage should I look at to not get a money pit?
bump
Bumping. Interested in these as well
Bumping since mechanically these are very similar to the 986, I have the same questions regarding those. Except S versions cost 50% more instead of 30%.

Anyone else have an unlikely race car fetish. Family haulers turned into road racers, luxury cars being rallied, priceless exotics turned into drag cars, etc.? Post them up if you have some good pics

Glorious
These are by far the most dangerous and obnoxious drivers on the road where I live, and there seems to be more and more of them popping up every day. They weave in and out of traffic, cut people off at every opportunity, and always double park.
At first I thought some of these trucks looked kinda cool, but the people that drive them are such fuck faggots I can't stand them now. Am I alone in feeling this way?
>>16225271
they are tailgating on right lane because some shithead is hogging up the left lane 75% of the time
>>16225271
you could also substitute the truck with a hatch Honda civic
>>16225271
They're better than the lifted Jeep guy with 37's that takes 5 minutes to hit the speed limit them proceeds to stay in the left lane of the highway all day. Or truck/SUV drivers in general who can't accelerate properly because they're too cheap to afford the gas.
Are good looking SUV's gone for good or can they make a comeback??
>>16225262

Sup /o/!
I need some knowledgeabout car locks. Im a fricking ignorant when it comes to cars so I thought you guys could lend me a hand here.
When it comes to a standard car lock (not the ones on the door, but those near the wheel) apart from the possible RF signal needed to actual start it, is it composed of several cylinder filaments just like a regular lock (pic related)? Or is it a different mechanical mechanism altogether?
Is there a more common general type of lock or do they change dramatically?
>>16225179
They're just like in your pic ime. Really there's no point in using a good lock design on a car, what with all that glass and all.
>>16225179
The last car to use a pin lock listed above were fords in the 90s. And even then that was the only the trunk lock.
Every lock since about 82ish has been wafer unless you're name is jaguar, or ford.
Keep in mind there are different type of wafer locks too.
>>16225179
>I need some knowledgeabout car locks. Im a fricking ignorant when it comes to cars so I thought you guys could lend me a hand here.
Cars have gone beyond the wafer locks of course. Many cars now use a rectangular bar into which a pattern cut on each side. This makes picking a lock harder. The big deal is that the key fob has a digital ID code that the RF transmitter sends to the car. Without that code, the computer will not start the car or give fuel to it even if you manage to hot wire the starter to crank.
In addition, some cars (like mine) knows if the key fob is there or not. So if the door lock is picked, I set a 30 second delay before the alarm starts to sound if the car hasn't been successfully started. The same with the ignition lock. If the ignition lock is picked and there is no key fob nearby, the computer beings the 30 second countdown.
Car thieves nowadays pretty much either steal the keys from the owner or use a flatbed trailer (pulled by a truck) to carry off the car.
Are the people who design concept cars retarded?

What is the most normie car of all time?
>>16224963
Mazda MX5/Miata.
Any modern SUV.
Seriously.

Tell me why I shouldn't buy this car.
>>16224918
Extremely hard to find parts.
>>16224927
isn't it just a GM frankenstein with a isuzu bodykit?
>>16224930
Are you buying the RS or base model?
I always see threads bout the mk3 and mk4 but never about the mk2. Anyone got any info on it? Are they worth buying?
They're a bit overweight, and a bit underpowered. Overall, they could of been good, but didnt quite get there to be good enough compared to more modern cars.
>>16224885
How's their aftermarket? Any common problems?
>>16224872
A lot of people think that they are crap.
