> inb4 stop stealing
I would buy a hard copy from Amazon, it's like 4$, but then I live on the other side of the world so it would be like 60$ with shipping.
> inb4 poorfag
Yes I am. I cannot afford a 60$ book, even if it's good or useful.

I own a 2007 Ford freestyle sel (I know kinda hipster, but it gets the job done) are there any mods I can do to it to increase fuel efficiency?
Replace spark plugs, air and fuel filter. Lower viscosity motor oil (0w-20, it's all the rage these days) over fill the tires. Get the eco tires, they have less rolling resistance next time.

I literally traveled to West Virginia from Ohio to buy this car
Well, about a month ago, I bought a used car since my previous one died. In about 3 weeks, it began leaking considerable amounts of power steering fluid. To get my rack and pinion replaced, I was quoted at $800, which I can't afford.
I have been informed that if my vehicle has any leaks, they will not test it. However, if I don't get that tested, my temporary license plate will expire in about two weeks. So I'm between a rock and a hard place.
What do?

How much can you afford? You can probably do the job for at least half that yourself, if you're willing to quit feeling sorry for yourself and grow a pair of balls, and do it yourself.

>being this poor
I have $2,000 to blow.
I want to buy some random fun car.
Must be manual, and not a money pit. Aka runs, doesn't need anything besides basic maintenance.
Something I can drive for a few months, and then sell. Or keep. Or junk, don't care.
Anywhere near Chicago.
Open to any idea really. No bikes.

Help me diagnose a possible head gasket leak on my 99 4.0 cherokee.
White smoke coming from exhaust, noticable most when reversing. No goo under valve cover cap or coolant reservoir or radiator cap. However, the reservoir coolant is light brown while the coolant under the radiator cap is green and looks brand new. Oil from the dipsteak looks normal so I have no idea whats going on. Did a block test with the blue tester fluid a week ago and nothing, but maybe the radiator is clogged? Can't be because the fluid level fluctuated from high when parked for a week then to normal levels after driving around the block.

empty the reservoir coolant and put new fluid in it
Im some faggy 50s/60s car enthusiast who wants to buy a cool old school looking car. My options are a 4th Gen Ford Fairlane v6 32 horsepower for 7k euros or some shit and an Opel Kapitan P1 for 12k (Can't give you any special specs on it though since the asshole didnt specify shit.)
Here's a suggestion.
