Things that are absolutely true that aut/o/bots don't like:

>Fast and Furious sucked as movies.

>Eibach springs, slotted rotors, and weight reduction are utter wastes of money, because no matter how much you spend on your car, *you* will never actually enter it into a race

>"Cold Air Intakes" actually rob the engine of power because of simple thermodynamics. The best thing to make an intake out of is plastic and it needs to draw air from behind the bumper, just like what came on your car from the factory.

Just the funniest thing happened to me that I thought happened only in movies or commedy skits.
>Be eastern europoor.
>Drive a 1999 Sharan TDI back home from familiy metting, which is very far away.
>Filled with drunk family members.
>Very tired and decide to drive slowly(70km/h).
>Just 50km left to home, a car catches up to me and follows.
>Any normal car would just bypass me but whatever.
>The bastard has his highbeams on.
>I blink my emergency light for him to turn that shit off.
>He doesn't
>I brake slowly to a full stop.
>The bastard slowly brakes too and stopped right infront of me.
>A guy from passanger side stumbled out, obviously drunk.
>He went towards my dad's car and I just...

>Panicked a bit but kept my cool.
>The bastards cought up to me again with their faggy highbeam.

In summary; we called cops on each other because we though the other one was drunk driving. The whole thing was very hilarious. The officers, their and my family and me all laughed.

So I just had my car in a repairshop a few days ago. A min ago when I refilled the washer fluid, I noticed a rag stuffed into the corner, over some cables. Do you think someone just put it there and forgot about it, or does it actually serve some purpose? It's not connected to anything, you can just pull it out.

Anyone out there familliar with boosted engines, I watch boosted boiz on youtube and want to put this thing they have, its like a boost/vacuum splitter that they use in lots of their cars, cant find a name on this in Google or anything, wondering if you guys could help me give this red piece a name, its slightly above the intake manifold in this photo

If you're installing new speakers in a car to upgrade from stock, should you absolutely install a new amp? I installed a Kenwood head unit a while back with no problem, and I'm tired of the sound quality of my stock speakers (06 WRX) but I'm not sure whether I'm ready to start screwing with my battery cable.
