Parking lot = 50:50 fault. Unless of course you have a dashcam or security footage or a bunch of eyewitnesses and a police report in your favour.
>happened to my wife but guy admitted fault in the parking lot. When she called me I told her to get that shit written down and make him sign it, no smartphones then for record. Informal but the best chance you got
OP if the guy comes to his senses and says he claims fault get him to write it and sign it/date it. Any interaction use your cellphone to record.
why wudn't it be obvious that its his fault? my passenger door and his back bumper are dented/scratched.

Did your parents ever caught you driving their car when you were young? I stole my dads car when i was home alone many times and i never got caught. Almost crashed once when i was 15 yrs old though.

>STILL fit perfectly in the whole meme design language of 2016/2017
I still remember when people in Germoney spoke about it in a disparaging way, calling it "Panzerspähwagen" (something like tank scout car because of the slit windows) and now literally everyone and their mom drive a car with meme slit windows.
which means it's a decently designed car and

more like it kickstarted the meme/was one of the first to implement the new mandatory safety standards.
doesn't say shit about the quality of the design.

quickly buy an LS7 crate engine. Or 2JZ. Or SR20. Build it to last, get more power, never think again about that high revving, torqueless rotary magic.

You're only really winning if you force them to make a sale at the end of their quarter and they need to make the last sale available to hit a cars moved quota and they're chasing after that bonus, which would be greater than the commission their sacrificing to move that car.
Signs you've won:
They won't shake your hand after you've made the deal.

Hey guyz i wanted to install in my e46 Bavsound Stage One but then i realized that i have basic stereo system do i don't have enough speaker slots :/ Is there anything i can do to install it? Help /o/
>>16292025
>no ass
>fake tits
still would bang but a shitty model
More speakers generally means less sound quality.
The best thing you can do to have extremely high quality tunes is to get a KILLER 6.5/tweeter component set, something like Linear Power LP6.5, install them in Q-Forms or custom kick panels so they are aimed at you, then drive them with a huge fucking amp, again, something like a Linear Power LP2250.
Obviously there are a myriad of choices you can make, but if you do get a 6.5" with a really low Fs (look at the spec sheet, you'll want it <50Hz for sure, and the lower the better), and a matching tweeter to go with it, properly mounted, and properly tuned, a 4 speaker setup can and often does sound far, FAR better than 14 speaker setups.
It all has to do with keeping your speakers in proper phase with one another. When speakers aren't in phase, they cancel each other out at certain frequencies, and they smear the image all over the place, making it where you can't pinpoint where the artists and musicians are in space.
Other people will tell you that you'll need a DSP as well, but the vast majority of people misuse them, and they make shit worse than when they started. In the proper hands, a DSP can be a powerful tool. In the hands of someone that doesn't know what they're doing, they fuck everything up royal. And you know if you've fucked up royal if when you move your head 6" left or right, the soundstage changes.

why are americans such bad drivers?
That's silly.
Americans spend more time on the highway than anyone else in the world, especially compared to europeans who live in clusters in cities.
highways are more dangerous than city driving
>>16297011
It's simply because American cars cant turn.
