The right rear window my car has a problem.
Even if you touch the button for a split second, it goes all the way down and won't go back up.
the only way i've found that allows you to put the window back up is when the car is starting initially after a bit, then you can get it all the way up with the button.
the problem is the car occasionally has a tendency to lower the window automatically when starting the car as well.
does anyone know what exactly the failing part is and how expensive the fix would be?

If it still goes up and down normally when it is working than you may just need to reset the auto up/down feature. Do some research on if infiniti's have a reset procedure for power windows.

So I'm taking muh truck to Krown Rust Control (Canada) to have it undercoated.
However, my mechanic friend says that unless you're sanding the metal and applying some rustoleum or other product before undercoating it, the only thing an undercoat will do is to trap the moisture already present and make it worse. Is that true?
Do they do any cleaning of the frame to remove mud/snow or w/e before they apply the undercoat? should I do it myself?

Undercoating in Canada has been actually pretty successful.
Krown is known for high quality stuff, and we used it in the military on all of our shit. A lot of government groups consider it mandatory.
Once you do it though, do not stop doing it. Look at all those surplus Crown Vics we have. RCMP starts selling them, and without the rust control shit on them every year they rusted apart some bloody quick.

As long as there is no rust already and its dry & clean when you apply the undercoat it should be fine. Moisture can still get trapped afterwards if you scrape away parts of the coating, but generally its not a big issue.
They'll typically clean, brush and dry the underside before applying the coating

krown sprays on some oil based bullshit that'll drip for DAYS. undercoat is usually that black rubberized shit you usually apply only once.

Should drivers on their phone be banned from driving?

I have a good field of view of everything when on my bike and I can easily tell when you fags do this. Other than the obvious visual cue of holding the phone right to your ear, there's looking down into your lap, with just one hand on the wheel, rather than at the road, there's not pulling off when the lights go green, and of course there is the rear ending. You have to be a literal retard to rear end completely by accident, its usually because people are looking at their phone, they see traffic movement and jut move forwards and oh shit the guy in front isn't moving though, crash.

Yes. Its just surface rust from moisture collecting on them over night. It will go away after you apply the brakes for the first time. Perfectly normal.
