Hello /o/. Car noob here. I can change my oil/brake pads/rotors/etc but am clueless as to tools because I own none of my own. Figure you guys would be the best to ask. Currently bought my father pic related for Christmas. Cost me $450 shipped to my door. Did I fuck up? Is Milwaukee a good brand? I watched a few youtube videos of this particular model and it manages to take a lug off a tractor-trailer with no problems at all.
As it stands now my father's current impact wrenches have to be hooked to his air compressor and he always bitches about how his guns are trash (both are 10+ years old) and that dragging the air hose around is a bother.
Since I just ordered it, Figured I'd ask. 5 star reviews everywhere so it can't be terrible.

I'm looking forward to purchase a fun car next summer and I've always loved V8s.
Ive been interested in the 5th Camaro because I like the look and honestly don't care much about the handling... but the prices worry me.
Picrelated is a 2013, 2SS (fully equipped), manual, and has 19k miles on it.
3 years ago, that car would sell brand new for like 50 000$, but right now it's on sale for a bit less than 30 000$
is the reliability that bad ? are the engines expected to exploded after 60k miles ?
I'd really appreciate if a non-troll who perhaps owned one, could enlight me on why it depreciates so fast

What does /o/ think of crappy old chinese scooters?
My in-laws have these 2 old GY6 50cc's they bought a few years ago and never used. Said if i can get them running, me and the wife can have them. Idk what we'd use them for but hell, they've got engines and I've got access to a load of tools and stuff while we're out here for the holidays.
So far I've only changed the oil in them, but here's a list of problems the parents gave me:
YELLOW
>fuel gauge does not work
BLACK
>speedo does not work
COMMON PROBLEMS
>both have been sitting in a shed for a few years, fuel and oil were not drained during this time
>batteries are old, hooked one up to a trickle charger to see if i can't at least get enough power to start one
Yellow bike has 600kms, black one has 100kms.
Anyone know anything about these little things? My research has led me to the conclusion that these are pretty simple bikes/engines/transmissions, but idk. I'll probably work on them a bit at a time because there's not much to do here (we're here till new years) but idk. We have a truck so if i do fix them and decide i actually want them i have a way to get them home.
Opinions?

Sounds like a fun protect to get yourself started with mechanic work and engines.
The speedo and fuel gauge on those are very simple and easy to work on.
Whatever you do DO NOT fuck with the exhaust.

parts are easy to get and most are interchangeable with japanese counterparts without much modification
fuel gauge is a wire from the tank to the gauge
speedo is usually cable driven from front hub
buy new batteries, recharging old ones isnt worth your time
clean carb and new spark plug should do the trick

TL;DR: beat the shit out of my old n/a Starlet for about 5 years and it never missed a beat. Cheap as chips to buy and insure and maintain.
Just don't get a turbo Starlet. Whole different ball-game.

I know /o/ is a bunch of weebs and hates american cars, but gimme your input.
Next summer I'm gonna be trading in my current Challenger scat pack for one of the above. These are my two top choices as they'd both be < $70k out the door.
C7 Pros/Cons:
> Looks bitchin
> Comparable 0-60
> Better handling and grip
> Better overall car
> Shitty 1/4 mile @ 12s
> Could always procharge
Hellcat pro/cons:
> Faster than the vette
> No traction at all in 1st, launching is abysmal
> 0-60 of 4s in the real world because of awful traction
> It's a boat
> I already have a challenger and don't really enjoy it anymore
> Nobody gives a shit about challengers and can't tell if it's a v6 or not.
