I'm looking to replace the steering wheel on my Camaro. I love everything else about it, but the steering wheel is just unbelievably ugly.

Anyone got recommendations? I'd prefer not having a name stamped on the horn if possible.

So, I visited a dealership that was selling a 1990 Ford Probe LX automatic with the 3.0L V6 Vulcan, with 51,000 miles on it, and a tag price of $3,500.

It's in relatively great condition. Paint is good, with only minor scratches and the typical hood chip here and there. there are two dents, one about 1/4in deep on the passenger-side door, and one very small one on the driver-side.

There is very little body rust, even on the underside, but the muffler looks to be in bad shape. It probably needs to be replaced, which couldn't be cheap, probably at least $300 with a mechanic. It passed inspection very recently apparently though. I wish I had taken a picture, but there was a pretty badly rusted piece of panel in front of the radiator that held up the rubber liner near the hood entrance. It doesn't look crucial to the structure of the frame and looks easily replaceable. That's as far that the extent of the rust goes

There is one mismatched rear-right tire, but the tread is more than good on all of them. I'll have to inevitably get at least the back two matching. The rotors need replaced as well, but that should be a relatively cheap fix, $80 and some time.

The test drive went great, and the car ran wonderfully. Engine has no leaks are funky sounds, and the tranny shifts when it should. I didn't get any inappropriate squeaks in the suspension or knocking when turning the wheels full-round.

I talked the dealer down to $2,900. Do you guys think this is a good deal? I put $100 down to reserve it, but the sale isn't final yet. Should I attempt to renegotiate for less? I spoke with them this morning, so should I wait a little bit before calling back if I should renegotiate the price?

Why the fuck does Koenigsegg use 5 Liter V8s with Twin Turbos if they could use V12 or other motor block configurations with twin turbos? Wouldnt they get much more power? Is it a space or weight issue?
