I just saw it in the last minute with my BMW while driving 200 km/h ? in Germany not sure if there was a 120km/h speedlimit
>>16384532
M8 if there was a radar it means there was a speed limit to enforce.
200 in a 120 means 80 over, so 600€ fine and 3 months without driving.

Land of the free
got photoradar'd doing 80kph in a 50 zone today in my bmw
feels pretty bad man
Why do small compact cars and hatchback have this kind of spoiler? Doesn't it cause turbulences and therefore drag?
>>16384215
It does. But not as much as if it weren't there.
>>16384215
It's usually to reduce turbulence, which reduces drag and dust/dirt deposits on the rear window.
>>16384215
It's there to create drag under it to spoil the airflow and prevent lift at highway speeds
>you see a student driver
>there isn't a lot of traffic
so /o/, what do you do?
fuck with them a little, or make it easy for them to keep driving?
literally nothing because im not 16
Here they have to have an instructor on board, so
>bike: drop a gear and pass at wot
>car: drop a gear and spool tarbo, challenge at next light
>>16383900
lets say you were 16, what now?
Is drag racing of any kind for faggots? (This includes highway racing, red-light racing, etc)
I mean, doesn't the person with the best power to weight ratio always win? And most of the time the person who spends more on mods or just outright buys a more expensive car wins. You can basically P2W. There is no skill involved other than changing gears ( if your car is even manual)
TLDR:
stop trying to race me in the street, it proves nothing and makes you look like a faggot.
>>16383389
You obviously don't know the thrill of racing
>>16383460
Racing with curves can have thrill but OP said "drag racing" which is objectively a shitty redneck pissing contest over who has a bigger displacement.

Is it true that kia has the best new all around new car warranty? If not what are the best warrantys ?
>>16383250
bump
What is the warranty of KIA's offered where you guys are?
Here in Europe all KIA's are guaranteed for 7 years/150 000km, while Hyundais (atleast in Norway) comes with 5 years & unlimited
>>16383461
Think both get 10 year powertrain warranty over in the U.S

How bad of a car is it?
>>16382074
it isn't. Just avoid the 2.7L V6 and they're god-tier comfy and reliable.

It has the 3.5L V6
Ok so the last 2 sets of winter tires I have bough the salesman talked me out of studs stating "these will be way better than your old Hankooks"
my non studded tires ( Pirelli and Continental) have been no better than all seasons, while my old Hankook Zovac studded tires walked through ice and snow, no matter how much I mashed the gas around corners.
are Studs all the difference in winter?
>>16380785
youre a stud senpai
>>16380791
You fucked up by buying winter tires to begin with
>Pic related of course...
>>16373052
That sucks.
The 458's is way better. Or even the 430.
Thoughts?
>manual transmission
>17398.393 miles
>$10,000 negotiable
Pictured is the car itself on sale, not a google image. Good investment?
Ask the owner what type of oil they've been using, how much it loses between services and how often they've been changing it and if they make sure to redline it every drive.
If they look confused or go 'full synthetic at 10,000 miles', call them an idiot and walk away.
Do not touch a renesis unless the original owner knew what they were doing.

Renesis a shit, get a 986 Boxster S instead

Whats up /o/, I'm from LA/OC. Im looking for a decent car/ quick car for under 10k. I like Subarus but i dont want to get a abused one with high miles. Any suggestions? bumping with wallpapers.

330ci zhp. Or non-zhp and money to fix it when shit breaks.
Is the ATS a comfy reliable car? How dependable are the 4-bangers that GM uses now? And how does it stack up against BMW 3, Lexus IS, Audi A4 etc?
>>16383846
It's great and has 5 more outhandles than a stupid bimmer!
t. definitely no GM marketer
I did a oil change on a 2013 ATS the other day. It only had like 86 000 km but the D/F wheel had sever play. It has multiple lower ball joints and just the 1 Forward lower ball joint/ control arm thing was $230 from the dealer.
