98 ford econoline 150. I want to live out of it for at lease a year.
Is this rust too bad? Is it too dangerous? Should I cut it all off and patch it? How long would I have if left untreated? Does it look like it alters the structural integrity?
More pics coming. There will be some shots underneath. There is plenty of rust underneath too, oh well, I'm presently only concerned with these spots that have rusted through completely.

Who makes a decent set of aftermarket seats? I dont want sport seats, just normal seats with tilt. I cant seem to find any that tilt.
Also I think im becoming obsessed with my truck. I cant stop dumping money in to it, i keep finding small improvements I can make to it. I just love it so much. Pictures not mine but reasonably close to it.

I'm about to offload my 2008 BMW 528I because its a fucking financial liability and I need an AWD vehicle since I'm moving to a place that will require something that can handle snow.
I'm leaning hard to pick up a newer WRX. However, I'm afraid of buying a meme car despite the fact that it has everything I'm looking for in a performance sedan with AWD without descending into the luxury vehicle rabbit hole of meh features and high cost with low return on investment.

Except this isn't exactly like "Back to The Future"; you'll be replacing the normal you in the past, but with all the knowledge and experience that you have now!

The sole advantage of American makers that made their bumpers less ugly later on was that they could concentrate on this market. Foreign makers had other markets to serve as well, so their bumpers for the US were only an adaption, not the main vehicle design.
