Hello all, I fucked up and lost my precious f32 bimmer. I need a replacement soon since I'm stuck driving my sister's econ shit box.
I want either a SUV or wagon.
So far I chose 2006 land rover lr3 for suv and 2001 mercedes E320
I've never bought used cars since

Am I the only one that gets nervous when driving anything that gets moderate attention? I feel like I'm always trying to not look like a dumbass driving and I hate whenever anyone tries to talk to me about my car at a light. Anyone know this feel?

I know the crz hybrid has a stick shift option. I didn't know pure EV's even used traditional transmissions, I thought that were CVT

Clearly the white line is horsepower.
Is the orange line the torque curve?
I don't fully understand the relationship between torque and horsepower. Isn't horsepower something to do with the relation between torque and rpm?

don't try to understand horsepower it's not a really tangible unit
torque is the force applied to turn your wheels at a precise moment/rpm
horsepower is the overall energy your engine is producing
