Ok /o/ what did I miss?.my 350z is standard and my g35 is auto, but the transmission on it sucks so fucking bad. I've had if for 6 months and already had to replace (not rebuild) the transmission, and it's still as bad as before. Anyone have one of these? Any input?
> lol automatic
Yeah I know I regret this decision
Hey /o/, so I'm going to be buying a car off a buy/sell/swap site but the car is about 2000 km (1200 miles). The seller said we could split the cost of delivering it to my location.
Can anyone recommend any delivery or vehicle transportation service? How much will the total cost be? Does the type of car/year/condition have any affect on pricing?
google, and obviously the type of car matters
How do you know if the airbags in a 20+ years old car still work?
>>17796190
quickest way is to crash into a concrete wall at 50 mph

Drive really fast into a wall
I'd rather be worried about them suddenly work when you're not expecting it
A while back I slammed my brakes on the highway, and it seemed like my brakes gave out. I had to push the pedal all the way to the floor to feel anything, but they still worked, as long as I basically floored the brakes
well today my truck felt the same, my brakes suddenly gave out, and I have to push the brake all the way to the floor to stop, and even then it doesnt stop very quickly.
Its at the mechanic now, but what is going on? I always thought it leaked all the brake fluid and some sort of backup cable mechanism was operating it or something. I guess thats not a thing? If I truly ran out of fluid, would the car be able to stop at all using the brakes?
Jesus Christ learn a bit about how your car works. You probably have air in your lines. The parking brake/emergency brake is the backup, it's not connected to your brake pedal. If you lose all brake fluid you have zero stopping power outside of the e brake.

Does your vehicle leak fluid?
I'd start by bleeding the brakes and checking for fluid leaks wherever you park.
But you already took it to a mechanic so they'll just fix it and ram your asshole a bit.
What is your dad's dream car?

It died. RR is now doing a "Bar Rescue" type of show with garages.
I have a nice LS400 that is mostly gathering dust as a backup car in my garage. I'm considering giving it to a family or person in Houston because why not. How do?
Oh, and I'm not too keen on giving it to some "charity" that will wholesale it to a local Mexicunt for cheap, take the money, keep 80% of it for "expenses" and toss the remainder at some general fund.
Just give it directly to an anon, whoever has the saddest and/or most amusing story about how much they would benefot from an unkillable japanese v8 luxury sedan

Discussed it with the wife, she said nein.
>anon, they need first responders right now, not cars
Yeah, I guess. Maybe in a week or two.
As the subject says, VIN check thread. Any helpful anon want to do me a favor?

Hey /o/, I'm looking at buying a wagon for my next car. The V90 is GOAT but pricey.
I'm looking at wagons because I could do with the space, seeing as i'm on the road a lot and take my bike out for the day often. I'm in the UK, and my budget is around £3/4 thousand. I'm looking at the cheaper end of the market because I'm saving for a house at the minute and can do without paying a lot on car repayments.
With this in mind, what models are on the table and more importantly, which ones are worth buying?
ty /o/
>£3-4k
Early-mid 2000s Subaru Legacy/Outback and Volvo V70
I'm a burger so I don't know about much else existing. Maybe a Mondeo wagon?
