Its really not that difficult, you just swap in every computer that ECU needs to get inputs from. THe only exception is antitheft, which you can delete with almost any tuning software package on any american car.

The people who try to get cheap, unlicensed work done on their cars don't do it because they are rich, smart, and trustworthy, they are broke, cheap, or planning on trying to fuck someone that has no recourse. Chock it up as a lesson (you didn't really lose much, imagine someone suing you because their airbag didn't go off and you happened to do some unrelated electrical work to the car, but it doesn't really matter what you say because you have no insurance or license so it must be your fault).

For some reason I'm just so happy, and this made me laugh a ton. Rode that ninja for a little over a year as first bike, never put it down until now, and I wasn't even riding it, or doing work on it, the bloody key wasn't even in the ignition.

The first time I ever drop a bike and it's in my garage simply moving it, for some reason I'm very happy about this.
