Would you drop 1700 for this truck? I'm on a tight budget and 17 is my limit
https://killeen.craigslist.org/cto/5974287863.html
That thing is a steaming pile of shit, my dude. Carbureted? Seriously?
>>16817041
Carbs you can work on yourself, FI not so much
>>16817036
Personally I wouldn't pay more than $1500 for it(no 4x4)
I've owned a few first gen Rams
>360 LA V8 great engine
>727A breddy good trans
>overall build quality of the truck is pretty good
One thing about these trucks is electrical gremlins but in my experience almost 75% of the time it's in the fusible links which if you have wire and connectors on hand takes like 5 minutes to fix
SUNDAY!

RIP crushed old cars. They did not deserve it just for being four doors or wagons instead of hardtop coupes.

engine c for track day bro
Or were they that way even before they got the car?
before
they buy BMW because they think it will impress people they are already self centered douches
BMW doesn't mean anything to non car people.
If you want to impress you get a viper or a cadillac where the name recognition impresses normies.
BMW gives people who know what it is an heir of superiority similiar to listening to indie-music.
>>16813468
>BMW doesn't mean anything to non car people.
Of course it does. It means rich and successful.
Seriously...Name a better option...Also no wagons since the U.S has something against affordable wagons.
>>16813277
>Also no wagons since the U.S has something against affordable wagons.
That something is the fact that station wagons have to meet the same fuel-efficiency standards as regular sedans, and SUVs get classed as "light trucks" and are allowed to have much worse mileage/emissions. It being much cheaper to meet the looser efficiency standards, SUVs are what gets built and sold.
>>16813322
Wait..you mean something that is pretty much a sedan has t abide by sedan fuel standards? WOAH SO UNFAIR.
And suvs are pretty much light suvs...most of the are built on truck platforms anyways...at least they used to be.
Sedans and hatchbacks are pretty big nowadays and compact crossovers tend to be lifted hatchbacks. If people knew what they actually need they would go back to sedans and hatchbacks.
Also retarded CAFE standards favor trucks and bigger cars.
Does anyone here think there is any correlation between race and bad driving?
Sex, faith, and of course iq more so (so technically race). Fucking hijab wearing cunts have no goddamm peripheral vision and have a nasty habit of not looking to either side before merging, let alone using their mirrors. And non-muzzie women love their phones of course. And all women seem to not be able to operate any kind of vehicle with confidence.
>>16812449
Yes. Rich white people are the fucking worst, with mulims being second worst.
Americans are third.
>>16812449
Every time I get stuck behind someone going 15+ under, its always some chucklefuck with indian plates.

Very nice senpai. I know it's a prius but as >>16758856 said I would definitely put some wheels on it, I'm sure something black would look great. How's it treating you so far?
>>16761025
As long as it's been maintained I would go for it, would make a great grocery getter. Just test drive first obviously.
>>16761427
We love blogposts. Sounds like a good way to learn how to do some stuff on your own, good luck
>>16761655
Newer corollas are pretty nice inside though senpai
I'm sick unfortunately and it's like 85 degrees out so I can't do too much with the car today. Might run up to oreilly's later and pick up some detailing stuff though.
Whatever, I'll post again.
Got to see the cloth for the seats and am pretty happy with it. The interior will look really fresh(tm). Also fired up the engine after winter and it's fine, think I fixed the alternator not charging the battery by wiggling the connector a couple times.
Still contemplating what to do in terms of cams/pistons and have gotten some really great answers over at club4ag. I might not be able to get that done this year though, so it'll be later in the future. Have to save my money for a couple other things this year, including a trip to Japan. Among others, I'll visit the garage in Kyoto where this car has been at least once.
