Tesla in Talks to Set Up Electric Car Factory in Shanghai. Tesla said it needed to set up more overseas factories to make cars that customers could afford. Such a strategy is a must in China, which charges steep tariffs for imported cars.

Whats your usual ride route like /o/? Personally I take some short country roads, make my way through my childhood suburbs, as I still live near them, and then back home. I'll go for rides like this a few times a week when I'm bored or just when I need to relax.
Worlds Cheapest Tesla
Guy buys flood Tesla for $14,000

Is it called "slim shady" because it's white on the outside and black on the inside?
>flooding known to damage electronics
>buys a flood car that consists entirely of electronics
No possible way that this can go wrong.

>Is it called "slim shady" because it's white on the outside and black on the inside?
No, it's called "Oreo" because it's a giant Android tablet.
Replaced 60% of the electronics....
Never go to Tesla for anything....KEK

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has officially handed down a complaint that supports Tesla workers’ charges that the company’s conduct and confidentiality agreement violate their rights.

Sounds like Tesla needs...a Union.
It would be...for their own good.

I get really depressed about this sometimes. I feel like there are almost no new cars that aren't overly designed tech pieces. The challenger is my favorite right now and I'm not even a muscle car guy. I miss the days when every car on the road was a simple car and nothing more. Nowadays new cars are complicated as fuck. I'll admit they are the most efficient cars we have ever had, but I don't like them or enjoy them. I never appreciated the shit boxes of the old days and now I feel sorry for it. I find myself checking out S10 Blazers from pre 1994 and ford aerostars. As well as shit like Mercury Villagers ffs. Everything nowadays seems like it's made for preppy city dwellers who don't care about driving experience.
Please someone tell me I'm wrong. Tell me I'm overthinking new cars. Please, I don't want to be right. Even the modern wranglers look like toy cars.

Not to mention the lack of basic small pickups being made. How do we fight back against car regulations? Is there any way?
>>17815863
No. The majority want a safe A-to-B vehicle with wifi. Our future is in classic cars. It's over.
Regulations are forcing new cars to be overdesigned shitpiles. Your only hope is buying an old one that's in exceptional condition, and keeping it that way.
Hey guys. I crashed my 2004 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS. I need a new car and I am considering getting a drift daily. I'm torn between buying a 1994 s14 and 2009 370z. Can anyone give any suggestions because im having a hard time deciding. ( dont give me BS about my past car. plz )
>a drift daily
What did he mean by this
>>17816215

you should feel bad for crashing. what makes you feel you deserve to drift
Cars would be a lot affordable if we assembled them in China.
Cars would be a lot more affordable if we deregulated.
No they wouldn't. They would have to meet the same quality standards that the company sets elsewhere
You would be a lot smarter if you were assembled in china
You would also have a small penis
Alright /o/ brit bong here. I'm looking for a comfy estate cruiser, idealy diesel for MPG but educate me if there's good petrol competition out there. I'll mostly use it for work having a bunch of kit bags chucked in the back going up and down motorways, with a need to rarely drive on rough terrain. Pic related is what I'm currently looking at around the 4k mark.
Go ahead, buy it, but don`t come crying here after the fact.
>>17815827
I realise buying a 10 year old Audi filled with fancy gadgets is a massive bill waiting to happen. But if cars never went wrong and electronics always worked it would be the perfect choice.
So then there's just a standard a6 avant, or a 5 series estate as other options. But yeah I'm open to ideas.

Audi Allroads are notoriously unreliable, even more so than other German cars of the same era
I'd look at 05-15 Volvo XC70s if I were you

Is there any other car that has been ruined by its drivers like the Infinity G series?
While they used to be driven by minorities in middle management, they are now exclusively driven by snapback wearing fuckbois who weave through rush hour traffic after leaving their amazon warehouse job.
Bonus douch points if they have black rims, tinted windows, smoked lights, and/or roofracks.
At least the WRX is unashamed about its client base.
>>17815604
if you care that much about what other people drive you should stick to taking the bus.
I dont like WRX's or Infiniti's but if I were to ever get one, the last thing on my mind is its stereotypical driver.
Just buy what you like you fucking faggot. Your kind is worse then the people you speak down on.
>>17815604
WRX owner. Can confirm, most blacked out G35's blow bigger vape clouds than me
Why the fuck do you care about the reputation of your car?
If you like a car then drive it and stop being an insecure faggot.
t. kind of tame nerdy guy who drives a 350z even though the drivers are pretty much the same obnoxious douches as the g35.
What do you wear when you work on your car at home /o/?

what kind of shit box is this /o/?
also is it worth the 500 bucks hes asking
(this is the only picture and he has no other defining details listed in the ad)
nissan sunny b12 coupe
It's a total shitbox mid-80's Nissan Sentra hatchback. Brand new, they were Nissan's entry level economy car. Fast forward 30 years, and it's even worse now than it was when new.
$500? Eh. If it drives, I guess anything can be worth $500. Honestly, I'd keep looking though.
It's a nissan hikari.
FWD. but looks pretty cool. There was also a turbo version.
Alright /o/ we settle this once and for all
Whats the best color for luxury cars?
Black or White?
>luxury
>picture shows a Cadillac
You almost got me there, OP.
Black is a bitch if you live in a hot climate.
>>17816145
Black is sleek and not very original.
White stands out but highlights the bodywork of the car.
Black is the way to go
