What a fucking man-child jesus christ
He tries so hard to be DeMuro, which is even more sad
yes I'm mad, and yes I'm envious of the money he has to throw at this shit
just such an insufferable fuck
>>16978981
Not sure who this is, but I can say without a doubt Demuro is a gigantic faggot so if this guy is anything like him he should probably be euthanized for the betterment of the human race.
he's funny
better than autotrader doug though that's for sure
who?
Would driving a 1994 Citroen Xantia 2.1 Turbo Diesel help me get rich women?
No, but it would be extremely comfy.
You're about two decades too late for that and even then you'd only get upper middle class at most.
Also, they're apparently total death traps.
Only an activa would impress a classy lady like that
What the hell is this?

Rusty wiper?
How do guys handle money for buying a car around 5k? I mean do you go get a cashier's check after agreeing on the price or do you keep 5k cash on you?
I imagine I may have better success haggling if I have the cash in hand ready to go, but if I get a check then they have more time to think about it and maybe back out.
Yeah dude, you should always go look at a used car with five or ten thousand dollars cash in your pocket. Trust me that's the best way to do it. Also it's a good idea to go meet the seller by yourself, so you two can have a one in one conversation. And it's bad manners to bring any sort of weapon with you, too.
>>16977177
Go to the bank when you agree on a price.
If you're dumb enough to carry $5000 cash, well... you're dumb. That's all.
>>16977177
i had 3k in my glovebox when I went to go buy my baiku. Signed the title transfer and gave him the envelope and we split.
Would not do again in that sketch Mexicano area
>OMG YOU DRIVE DRUNK? YOU ARE A MONSTER! DON'T YOU REALIZE YOU COULD KILL SOMEONE WITH YOUR IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR? LIKE A LITTLE CHILD OR A PREGNANT WOMAN? I AM CALLING THE COPS RIGHT NOW IF YOU DON'T GIVE ME YOUR KEYS BECAUSE AFTER ONE BEER YOU ARE NOT FIT TO DRIVE AND I EXPECT YOU TO PAY $70 FOR A CAB.
>Woah duuuude you're like... such a better driver while high, maaaan. Haha this is so chill - WOAH bro haha you almost hit that old lady. High five! Let's go do burnouts and drive 120 in residential streets!
Why the double standards?

Impaired is impaired
plz dont drive fucked up, it doesnt turn out well.
If you were a "good driver" to begin with, you'd be sponsored, but you're not, and never will be, dont fool yourself
>things that don't happen
420 blazing it makes me drive slower and more responsibly, I've only driven drunk in a simulator and it was damn near impossible to give a single fuck about the direction the car was heading. Never irl, alcohol is a fool's drug anyway.
So my DeLorean is being stubborn. Fairly sure it is suffering from a vacuum leak as it won't idle though it runs fine at speed or as long as I give it enough gas to keep going.
That said, I ran it at idle to 2500rpm for a good hour today. It especially appreciated a few 7500k redline throat clearings though I am sure my neighbors hated me for it.
I need to get it out on the road a bit more even with the idle issue but didn't feel like to today.
thanks for sharing
What a piece of trash. Can you even reach 70 in it?

Looks just fine, as it would.
Swap an LS into it
looks like a chrysler
the wiring looks cheap
My oil change is due in a month or so and I thought I might do it by myself this time. I have a friend with his own small garage that does all the car-related stuff for me but I like to learn. So a few questions.
>Are ramps like pic related enough for stuff like changing oil? Will the car be high enough etc?
>What else besides ramps, some pan and canister for used oil, new oil filter and the actual new oil do I need?
>Can I reset the ECU and tell it that the oil was changed at home? What do I need to do that? Is it cheap?
>Is it advisable to do stuff like this at home? To change the oil and mess with the ECU? Can I fuck it up?
>What else can I do at home? I will have to change the spark plugs soon and install new belts and break pads.
I service stuff like my riding lawn mower all the time including the manufacture of small replacement parts but car seems like a much bigger challenge.
What do you think /o/ should I do it?
take whatever works and then put these under the car as life insurance
Changing oil is easy peasy, resetting the maint light is in your manual, ramps are fine, just don't forget the parking brake. And chocks. Oil change instructions might be in your manual too. Just make sure you put the right amount in. Just RTFM. Also check if any other fluids need changing while you're in there
>>16979540
Depends what your car is, but there's a reason Jiffy Lube, etc can hire retards to change oil; It's easy enough to do.
Redpill me on imprezas

It took me until I was 20 to figure out that this isn't a surfboard case.
why cant it work as one?
i confess when i was a teen i thought automatics where designed for handicapped people.
>>16979326
Probably too short. And there's no need for a surf board to be fully enclosed.
I once owned a 4 cylinder car.

what the fuck is that?
do they actually mix autistic fantasy world and reality and don't actually see the real result? or do they see it like everyone else but are too stubborn to admit it went wrong?
>>16978889
I think its hilarious. The best ones are when people are selling their car and actually think they did a good job and want to charge you extra for their "work".
>>16978889
What were they attempting here?
>spend all day struggling with car
>finally finish
>go inside and watch youtube videos of other people struggling with their cars and relishing in their pain
It's a peculiar feel
thats why i sold my jeep

One time I walked into the garage and smelled gas, my tank was dripping at the sender. I spent a few hours curled up in the trunk pulling it out, JB welded it, and put it back in. The next day it leaked, so I repeated the process. I had to take the thing out three times until I finally hit smeared enough on there to cover the hairline fractures in the 20-year old swedish plastic
