Some kind of weird Dodge Stratus
Hey /o/, do you use driving gloves? If so, why?
Pic related, mine just came in the mail today. I'd feel weird using them in a newer car though, for some reason
no im not a fag
>>16992780
No, not out of fear of being a faggot but because I cant feel anything through the steering wheel that way.

Ultra slow and heavy.
The CM200 had the same engine and was lighter
The XL185s had the same power and was lighter than the CM200.
But an XL185s if you want a slow bike.
>>16992714
I'm getting it to cruise the mountains, so speed isn't to big of an issue. I'm mainly interested in reliability and comfortable ride.
>>16992701
i like the look of that one.
i do not have a bike
never been on a motorized biker.
sweet cruising op
Trying to setup a 4 channel amp in my 2017 Corolla to run two 6x9's and two subs. Attached are the amp specs. My question is can I use one channel for each sub? Subs are 150 watt 2ohm or do I have to bridge them? RCA coming into the amp is from a LOC off the rear 6x9's as there are no factory pre-outs and it's too involved to change a head unit. Thanks
>>16992503
Keep it stock faggot. Use the money to pay down your loan. You should kill yourself though for buying a new econobox

>Trying to setup a 4 channel amp in my 2017 Corolla to run two 6x9's and two subs.
>a 4 channel amp to run two 6x9's and two subs.
God can't even help you at this point. You couldn't have fucked up harder if you tried.
>>16992503
Of course you can. Use a pair of channels and drive the loudspeakers then use another pair of channels to drive the woofers. It has onboard low-pass, so you are good to go. It won't be extremely loud, but it will most certainly work.
Most four channel amplifiers will have a selection switch to use two or four inputs. Usually puts channels three and four on the inputs of one and two.
The drama you are most likely to have is that Toyboata (and most OEMs) use a crude DSP in the factory CD player that decreases low frequency as the volume is increased to protect the factory loudspeakers. Not in the way that makes sense, a dynamic equaliser that reduces gain at a set frequency based on the input signal but instead the low frequency is reduced as the volume knob is turned up.
That drives you up the wall for about six months before you rip it out and install a head unit that doesn't reduce LF as the volume increases.
>>16993197
Four loudspeakers required, four channels of amplification available. 150w power rating on the woofers, 150w continuous power from each discreet channel. Low pass required for woofers, low pass available. High pass required for loudspeakers, high pass available.
Where is the fuck up here boyo, apart from your post?

About to buy a challenger within a month.
Thinking T/A plus.(no problem with any r/t model,just want a vee ate)
Anybody own/know somebody with a challenger?
How is it with a 5.7? I'm sure it is still fun.
My commute does not involve a race track nor do I care about what cars can "beat" me.
This will be my dd,but probably the last car I order new.
My hobby is driving. No joke. When bored I will drive really far away. Maybe just to see something new.I'll stay in a hotel if that gets me farther.
I'm in my 30's,so I don't care about car math, but money is a factor so no " for an extra 20k you can..."
If you are gonna hate,be funny.
If you have advice,thank you.

6th gen camaro ss fag here
I'd personally go with a 6.4 but that's your decision.
It's better than the camaro and rustang in terms of daily drivability but if you're getting a stick be prepared for a leg press clutch Kek
Ride is nice
It's roomy
But it's FCA so be ready for the electric issues.
>>16992290
This anon basically summed it all up.
I have an SRT 392 and have driven the R/T w/ the 5.7 L V8. Its still fast and sounds great so you'll definitely enjoy it. Much more comfortable to drive everyday than a camaro or mustang. Rides great, is comfy AF, stock sound system is pretty good, infotainment system is easy to use, and it drives great.
However, keep in mind it won't drive like a camaro or mustang as even my 392 with the upgraded brakes, tires, and suspension doesn't drive like a SS or GT.
Whether you go manual or auto, neither one are bad choices. The manual is the same used in the Viper and GT500 while the 8 speed ZF is used by about every high end auto manufacturer
>>16992253
Unlces already had to go back to the dealership for electrical issues. 9 months old.
Literally every time I go to a meet there is a group of twats that show up like the gang from fat and the furious. Usually in some clapped out shitbox cars. They drive in a FUCKING formation and their personalities rival the dialogue of the show street outaws....Its literally making me hate cars

Gran autism/o/
why did cars peak in the early 2000s
Like we had linear improvement from the 60s to around 2003 and now everything thats put on a car feels tacked on or an active detriment
Cars started getting good in the late 90s and are continuing to improve in most aspects. I love 70s and 80s shitbarges, but cars are much better now.
Do you mean;
>Heated seats
>Bluetooth
>Steering controls
>Rear-view camera
>Better quality leather seats for an extra $1k
>lcd's screens for the kids
>my cousin I can't understand my 20mpg

What single vehicle has the most asshole drivers per 100 appearances where you live?
Pic related, live in hippie land and all the Tacoma drivers think they have the coolest vehicle on the planet and frequently weave traffic coming within 5 feet of other drivers' bumpers several times a minute going 30mph over the flow of traffic. Cannot recall the last time I saw someone drive one courteously.

Not surprised, it's a hot new brand doing something different. I just can't stand the 3's interior. Bolt should encourage an arms race though, looking forward to that.
it's going to crash once hybrids become the norm instead of the exception by 2025
I'm most loyal to Toyotas in my opinion their the most reliable vehicles, I was rasied with Toyota Camrys and now own one, a 96. Never miss treated me or left me on the side of the road all my family has is toyotas. Except the broke ford we have.
What's yours?
>>16990987
toyota.
Insanely reliable and they make a car for every occation. And every car they make they make it kinda fun like fucking rav 4 having no business handling like that and it has better pedal layout than a sporty golf
>>16990987
I'm not loyal to any brand, but Toyota and Honda are definitely the most reliable. BMW is reliable but if something breaks on it then you're completely fucked due to "German Engineering".
Completely agree with you
