Just whopped your GT-R with groceries in the back of my wagon and the little ones watching Sponge Bob on the headrest monitors.

Okay
Should I buy an Audi A4 (probably B5 or B6) or an E46 with xDrive? Looking for a cool daily that's good in the snow.
>>16999935
e46 is ugly and b4/5 a4 is good looking
so a4.
subaru forester
>buying a suped up VW

Why do people not talk about the BMW M6 more often? This car is faster than the GT-R and can be bought used for less than $20,000
Is the maintenance/reliability meme especially true with this or what? I feel like more people would be taking the gamble considering the price.
>>16999720
>faster than the GTR
its 2 tons mate. id rather have a z4
also why would I care? it will probably use a lot of gas too
>>16999720
Rod bearings, oil consumption. Kind of a big deal.
That feel when you will never put long tube headers and an off-road H pipe on your Mustang GT because you live in a large city and cops need to meet their quota.
That feel when you will never rev on some pussy import at WOT and crack his windshield with my big American exhaust
Feels bad man

Really young one?
oh look it's another "i got cucked by a bmw owner" thread.
i wonder if it's the same person who keeps posting the fca shilling threads
We know that the appeal of muscle cars is that they offer a good deal on performance per dollar at the exchange of being cheaply made and having sub-par quality in all parts except the engine. BUT is it really worth it to compromise your safety?
I personally would rather save a little more and buy a nice European or Japanese car, to be honest.
>>16998934
Yes. If you're gonna die you might as well have fun before it happens.
>>16999031
Why did you reply to a bait thread?
>>16998934
The only Japanese car that are remotely similar to muscle/pony cars are the LC500 and the RCF.
The only European car that are similar tho ponies is the c63 and the m3 when they had naturally aspirated engines.
what's the difference between a van and a minivan?

Alfa Romeo 159 Ti
Seen one for £8k the next one up is £11k supposedly it runs perfectly owner bought it to fix and sell said he put £2k into it and has all receipts
Should I go for it? Insurance comes out to £780 a year. I checked Alfa forums for any problems from owners seems to be a fair bit but everything is maintainable
I have to admit the estate Linda appeals to me about more
Just arrange a test drive faggot. Nobody here knows how it looks because nobody here ever drove this specific car.
Impractical, expensive and beautiful

You tell me, what is wrong with BMW drivers?
Looking for input from other riders. Is the biker wave only acceptable on a bike? There are times where I am directing (the guy with the stop/slow paddle at road work) and if I get a motorcyclist coming through, I give them the wave to show that I ride too, but I never get it back.
Are you fucking serious? This amount of autism is concerning...
>>16996707
I thought /o/ was supposed to be the only thread where you can get actual help. So, what you're saying is only biker wave on the bike? All I'm trying to do is say hey, I ride too
>>16996731
not that anon but
yes it's only acceptable if you're on a bike, no one knows that you ride so they don't give a shit.
Is it worth learning to drive manual?
>>16996520
you can drive more cars if you know how
it can help prevent deep vain thrombosis
also you can push start the car
but aside from that its hard to say
most of the good side is being able to change the speed and harshness of the shift as you like
If you are asking that question the answer is no
its easy as fuck. unless your a american, then its a impossible task for you
Hey /o/, I don't really know anything about cars, but would it technically be possible to put like a Ferrari engine into a golf cart? How well would it work?
What do you hope to achieve by making this thread?
>>16995987
A fast golf cart.
>>16995832
You would need a completely custom tube frame you mount a Ferrari engine, transaxle, suspension, and brakes in, which you would bolt the golf cart on top of.
You would do better just to try to find a more powerful electric motor to mount in, or maybe a small bike engine. Golf carts have no crash protection, so you would be much, MUCH more likely to kill yourself with it even with a small bike engine.
