Which is best?
Merc is very comfy. Haven't tried the Volvo yet. Niggerlac interior is awful.
I dont think anyone even considers Sweden a real contender
Germany wins easily
>Volvo
>only available with straight fours
>Cadillacs
>guuuaaaraaanteeeed GM corner cutting all over the place, ignition lock kills you, headliner will fall off before the next president gets elected etc because it's what Detroit does even if they have lied to you for decades about not doing it anymore
I know what I'm picking.
What's /o/ think of the BMW 1 series?
There's a bunch of 2013s for sale in my area for pretty cheap.
>for pretty cheap.
which is?
bretty gud
as always with a good bmw, please get it in manual (thankfully it only ever came in rwd)
the 128i is nice. quick but not fast but they're pretty cheap used and the engine is pretty reliable.
the 135i is damn quick stock and really fast when given the infamous jb4 tune. the engine is a problem child though, leaks a lot
>>17030793
3 series for ladies.
>NSX
>GT-R
>RX-7
>Supra
I assume the Evo and 22b don't rank among them
>>17030286
Depends on what you're doing. But overall, probably the GT-R. Depends on driver.
>>17030286
Stock ? They're the same cuz they have limited HP to 270 or something, it was an agreement between companies. As for tuned it's supra or r34
>NSX in the list
>12.0L hydrogen engine
>125kph max speed
>7000lbs
>independant steering on all 4 wheels
>titanium chassis and carbon nanotube tires
Thoughts on this? I hope the civilian version has longer gearing and is a lot lighter.
It's also aimed at niggers
I'd prefer a reconnaissance Warthog
>still military surplus
>no turret to lighter
>revs higher
>glass gullwing doors
>arctic camo paint job
>>17029750
>gets BTFO by a covvie shitheap around the 'ring
>UNSC """engineering""""
>>17029852
>Going import in a time like this.
It's like you don't even support your own fucking species.
Aside from the Civic and Corolla, what are good, reliable econoboxes?
>>17029695
Impreza, Mazda 3
>>17029695
accord : - )
Focus, fit, Sentra
Anyone else hate douches like this destroying old cars?
>>17029222
no because old cars are shit
>>17029226
>When you have enough money to buy any car in the world and you buy shitty old Beetles and make them worse
>>17029222
With paint jobs? I don't see how he is destroying old Porsches on the same level as the RWB shit
>did I get ripped off?
>>17029199
pls stop spamming with shitty threads
>>17029205
Implying that there are good threads on this board

Thoughts on nissan pulsar sss n15 s2
>>17028968
What engine do those have?
I have an irrational love of all things n15, so I think it's a cool car regardless.
Almost bought a jn15 vzr last year, still regret not going through with it...
>>17028968
The pulsie? Yeah nah mate, they're a bit of a pile of poo unless you've got the GTi-R. Good luck finding an unmolested one of those at a reasonable price.
>>17029042
IIRC the SSS got a SR20DE, but I think the roaring naa Autech version (don't quote me on that). The GTi-R got the SR20DET but they had a fucked transmission.
>>17029140
forgot an image of the pulsie in its prime state

Is this too good to be true /o/?
A Celica with almost all new factory parts.
>>17028913
What's the car sales link?

Oops, link here:

>>17028913
in aus as well lad and looked at this car as well, honestly tho i would say a no from me the radiator is prone to breaking, its fwd and it is severely under powered car but if you really have your heart set on a Celica from the 80s i would go for it.
Hey /o/, are there any rally drivers here? As of late I've become pretty interested in rally driving and want to know where to start.
So far it's the only thing that's been able to pull me away from mindlessly playing vidya fucking up my brain even more, even for a little. Even if I'm not that successful I just want to make enough to live comfortably and indulge in luxuries like restoring my Capri.
So where would be the best place(s) to start?
>>17028687
>I just want to make enough to live
>with rally
unless you're a finnish 15-year old, you have literally zero chances
rally is a money sink
>>17028722
fuck really?
>>17028729
have you ever even watched rally?
Why are they so cheap? Shouldn't the stancefag tax be driving them up past $15k?
>>17028680
Horribly unreliable.
Drive like shit.
Look like shit.
Shit interior.
These cars are shit from top to bottom.
>>17028753
But everyone else says they run fine and can handle immense power even on the stock drivetrain, only need a FEW SIMPLE MODS to handle better than anything else, are "real sportscars", and outclass vapebro toyobaru shit by a very long mile.
>>17028753
the only meme that is true here is the Interior
And looks.
Chassis and engine seems fine as far as i am aware.
Okay /o/, let's settle the score for real this time!
Is Lightning McQueen a Miata?
In favor:
>He's red
>He has a smiley face
Against:
>He doesn't look like a convertible
>>17028553
You must have severe autism forcing this here, literally kill you are self
>>17028553
I think I read somewhere that the design is bases of the mix of a miata and corvette
Stock car.
He has fucking stickers for headlights.
Father passed and he left me a 67 shelby mustang. I am going to be living in Japan in two months and will be there for 4+ years.
Anyone know how to import a vehicle there and have it be street legal? I am concerned on a number of levels that the Mustang won't pass a slew of tests being that it is both American and old.
Advice? Experience? Loop holes?
If it's a real Shelby Mustang you'd be a fool to actually drive it. That's just an investment car that loses tens of thousands in value if driven every year.
But I assume this is just a shitpost for (you)s.
>>17028489
are you that guy from tokyo drift
>>17028510
Father and I put about 30k miles on it. He taught me how to drive in it. And I intend to do the same with my son down the road.
I come to /o/ assuming shitposts. Hoping for a nugget of gold amongst all the pig shit.
Steering feels like shit
seems alright when I slightly turn the wheel
when I really gotta turn, it doesn't feel smooth and I have to put more effort into cranking the steering wheel
then I have to help the wheel return the forward position
I checked my steering fluid and the levels seem fine
when I turn the wheel and look under the hood, there is a slight squeak/whisling
It doesn't seem like anything it leaking
Anyone have issues like this? I have a 2011 crown vic interceptor
>>17028438
Have you tried driving it in the sea? That's where Crownvics shine.
Is the fluid really dark? Might try a fluid change.
In 2007 the P71 had a voluntary recall. Because that year they put smaller power steering units on for "fuel efficiency" and police officers noticed right away that it was harder to turn the wheel quickly. Being that you have a parts bin 2011, they might have thrown on a leftover smaller unit. There was also a 2005-2011 steering shaft recall you might want to see if it was done.
The 2006-07 voluntary recall:

Random possible thing to look at:
http://www.crownvic.net/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=2376773
Steering pump needs to be replaced.
