Does /o/ unirionically listen to Eurobeat when they drive?
>>17833094
Yes, i have a flash drive with every single Super Eurobeat album on it.
>>17833099
Good to know I'm not the only one.
>every single Super Eurobeat album on it.

Yes, because it's good.
I'm searching for a car to import to Germany from Japan. Used to drive a Nissan Skyline R32 Gts-t and it was awesome. Sold it because of missing space some years ago.
It can be around 15 to 25.000 Euro. A fast car is great but I mostly drive not too fast but more relaxed. One requirement is that it's reliable and doesn't get damaged too easily. I don't want to spend every month in the garage to fix something. Would mostly drive on weekends.
Thought about another Skyline R31, R32, R33, R34, Silvia, AE86, Chaser, RX7, ..
Any recommendations? Also what cars shouldn't I buy for sure? I'm thankful for any advices.

I own a x100 Chaser, 100% recommend for both cruising in style and going fast
Does your current car disappoint you /o/?
Constantly

Not at all
Not even a little. Fun enough to drive, not valuable enough to have to constantly worry about it.
It's just an older Civic Si but damn if it isn't blissful to drive with the sheer amount of hills and mountains I can run it on.
Does buying a car with work done on it make me a cuckold?
Just browsing through some craigslist ads, and have seen some cars that have caught my interest for certain after market enhancements the owner has done.
We all know having work done does not add to the value of the vehicle, whether they're wheels, body kits, interior, engine, you're not going to get a 100% return(far from that in fact).
So I'm sitting here thinking that while it might not be exactly what I would have done, I could have some nice enhancements to a vehicle for a fraction of the cost because the previous owner has incurred them already.
>>17832886
A large part of the fun and satisfaction that you get from owning a modded car is doing the modding yourself.
I'd say that you are a cuck for buying a car with work done.
>>17832886
you could restore her back to stock condition and make an honest woman out of her
If it was done professionally and there's all the papers and receipts and very good evidence that the car has been cared for it's whatever.
Nine and a half times out of ten it was done by someone who shouldn't be allowed to drive a car let alone modify one.
After watching the, er, recent RCR video, I've become interested in the Mercury Marauder. My question is not what the pros or cons are, but would it be easier and cheaper in the long run to a) scour the US for a well-maintained example or b) buy a Police Interceptor, engine swap it and upgrade the suspension and brakes? Space and tools to do option b isn't a concern, but part costs are.
>>17832787
Are you a furfag?
>>17832787
Engine swap to a Ford 460. It's smaller than the OHC crap and makes a lot more power.
>part costs are a concern
You can get a running 460 at a junkyard for $500
>>17832790
Maybe
>>17832799
Hmm, interesting idea. Thanks.
>bumper stickers
>>17832684
9/10 times they're using them to hide scratches
Mfw the only part of my car not covered in drift slaps from /osg/ is a 2"x5" patch on the drivers side of the windshield. Cmon, OP.
>>17832684
the only bumper sticker I've ever had
What is O's take on the Ecodiesel and to a lesser extent the Ram 1500?
Please don't turn this into a FCA shitshow.
CGI block is cool, but assembled in Italy is a concern.
Ehhh after dealing with the bullshit that goes with modern diesels in my work trucks I'm basically completely turned off of diesel. If I were in the market for a 1 ton used primarily for towing it'd definitely be a diesel. Modern V8's in trucks have cylinder deactivation and such plus 8+ speed transmissions and don't get horrific mpg's anymore. The emission bullshit that goes with the diesel and the higher cost up front just makes it not worth it anymore.
I also wouldn't trust any engine made in Italy outside of the city.
>>17832624
>v6 so it shakes itself apart in a quarter decade
>only 16.5:1
>aluminum using a fuel that can melt cast iron manifolds
>only 240hp at redline
>made in italy so you know every engine will be a 4pm friday quality engine
confirmed fucked up abandoning cummins
You guys seen this shit?
It looks like the car was destroyed by the storm and the Denali owner just wanted to take a picture fulfilling his infantile monster truck fantasies.
I hit a speed bump today going 25mph and now my brakes aren't quite working right. I need to push my pedal almost all the way to the floor to get my breaks to engage.
This happened immediately after the speed bump. Am I fucked? Car is a 2012 Dodge Challenger. Going to take it to a dodge dealership tomorrow morning.
Duuuuude it's a car so it's /o/ related xd
>Going to take it to a dodge dealership tomorrow morning
>>17832563
Don't waste your money at the stealership, the brake pads are just out of line from the jolt. To reset them you just need a hard speed brake to snap them back in line. Get on the freeway and get her up past 90. Then stab the brakes as hard as you can and hold the throttle with the other foot. Do this until you feel the brakes snap back in place with a loud thunk. Make sure it's late at night though, so you don't get nipped.
Just crashed my car. As a citizen of the US, will I be drug tested?
>>17832539
Wasn't that the first Veyron delivered to the states that fell off a truck?
What kind of accident? Unless they suspect that you were under the influence, they won't drug test you.
>>17832594
slipped on a wet road. I had the only car involved. Cop didn't ask anything about being under the influence
sup /o/ in my current car lineup I have every god machine ever built (mr2, crx, s2k) what do you all think?
>>17832379

Alright, /o/, I have a 2004 C320 Sport Coupe with the 3.2L M112 engine.
So, last night, when I was driving with my buddies and we were just having our caravan as we went to different places where we scouted out drift spots, I threw my car into neutral as I was going down a dirt road because I didn't want to give it too much throttle and lose control.
A bit of a dumb thought process, but at the very least, it did work. However, a harsh bump jerked the pedal up under my foot and I hit the redline on my tachometer. About a few minutes after, I noticed my gauge said to check the coolant level. We got out, popped the hood, turned the car off, and I was leaking. There was a trail in the dirt and we spotted where it's damaged, though that's just one spot, and we think there may be another spot beneath it where it was leaking.
What we did to get it home was we went slowly to a nearby 7-11, bought some electrical tape and some kind of cloth gloves, cut a piece out, and then taped the fabric over the leak to try and stem it after filling the reservoir back up so I could make it home.
For reference, the picture is behind the driver side headlight. The part that broke is a plastic unit on the side of the radiator. I know, it's a German luxury car, so fixing it at the dealership would be expensive. However, would I be able to get away with replacing the plastic part (if that's the only section where the leak is) and then be on my way safe and sound, and if so, where would I find that part?
>>17831601
We'll time to install a new radiator
Yes it sucks but at least you learned not to be retarded
>>17831601
>I threw my car into neutral because I didn't want to and lose control
That's the opposite of what you should do.
>I hit the redline on my tachometer and the radiator exploded
Not your fault, except that you bought a Mercedes.
>>17831601
>the picture is behind the driver side headlight
is top up or is the picture rotated?
