The policy is actually already in place. It's called the Immigration and Nationality Act (the law). It's not that Trump has to come up with a completely new policy from the ground up, only state that he will follow and enforce the current law(s) in place that deal with immigration. Part of those laws being the security of the border to prevent inadmissible aliens from entering the US at other than designated ports of entry (hence, the "wall" comment).

A dimly lit cellar at the other end of Tbilisi’s downtown, the Military Bar abounds in war paraphernalia such as military camouflage netting, uniforms and dummy hand grenades. The drink menu includes a homemade brandy called Bloody Kremlin, a swipe at Georgia’s public enemy number one, Russia. The bar’s Facebook page features an eclectic mix of posts, including those extolling soccer, nationalism and Donald Trump, “the new leader.”

One of the 20-something bar managers, Rezo, ably built and with a crew cut, claimed it was a Kiwi Café loyalist who made the first move in the clash of vegans and carnivores. One morning in mid-May, he told EurasiaNet.org, staff discovered the Military Bar’s entrance, decorated with sandbags and an army-style signboard, had been vandalized. After watching CCTV footage, they identified a Kiwi Café regular as the culprit.

“We knew that guy. He posts videos online where he burns the Georgian flag and curses at the army,” said Rezo, who refused to provide his last name. “They can eat what they want, but you should not mess with us, with our country, our values, our flag,” he said. “Our flag is as dear to me as my parents are. People gave their lives for it.”

Rezo said bar staff tracked down the alleged attacker, had a talk with him and then decided to pay the Kiwi Café a visit. He claimed he does not have contacts for the supposed culprit.

Kiwi Café staffers rejected having anything to do with vandalizing the Military Bar’s entrance. They asserted that the bar’s far-right clientele has long held a grudge against the pacifist philosophy that the vegan café represents.

The visit made by Military Bar regulars to the vegan café culminated in a brawl. Kiwi Café representatives say the intruders lit cigarettes and threw meat around. The Military Bar’s Rezo denied such activity, maintaining that the visitors merely brought a traditional Georgian meal, including meat dishes, as a peace offering. The establishment claims bias in media coverage. A police investigation is ongoing.

The Kiwi Café incident is bringing a multi-faceted culture clash into sharper relief. Hate and fear of otherness have a long history in Tbilisi, where dzveli bichebi (good ol’ boys) – a collective term for thuggish youngsters who espouse an informal code of honor – often pick fights with hipsters. The hipsters, in turn, often describe their foes as “orcs.”

Homophobia is playing a role in the food fight. Radical nationalists tend to view hipsters as synonymous with homosexuals. Using terms liberal and gay interchangeably, Rezo said that his perceived antagonists could engage in homosexual sex if they must, but nobody can defile the homeland’s “sacred symbols.”

In the wake of the attack, the Military Bar posted on its Facebook page a photo of a tabloid article with the headline “Homosexuals against Patriots?!” It commented that “traitors of the country deserve one thing – a bullet in the forehead.” Rezo denied this comment was meant literally, or was directed against anyone in particular. He does say that “those people should do their LGBT things at home” and not act provocatively in public.

Georgian ultraconservatives argue that the country’s traditions are threatened by the freedoms imported from the West. Since this rhetoric sounds similar to the state-sponsored nationalism in Russia and impedes Georgia’s integration with the West, far-right groups are often seen as pro-Kremlin agitators.

In an emailed statement, the Military Bar proprietors described as “unfortunate” US Ambassador Ian Kelly’s post-fight visit to “only” the Kiwi Café.

She had to wear Hijab all the time for her work and could not wear short sleeves or anything like that. Technically it is secular but in practice it is very Muslim.

Bali is the only place that is kind of free from Islam but that is mostly because of the tourists and the native religion there remains fairly strong. Though the Muslims are looking the change that as soon as possible.

Hey, I'm all for equality by race. First off, blacks are 13% of the US population, so they are hereby entitled to exactly 13% of all federal welfare, entitlement, food stamps, free healthcare, or other "gimme" programs. This is more than fair given that they do not contribute nearly 13% of the federal or state tax base.
Likewise, we expect that blacks may contribute no more than 13% of all criminal activity. To be more than fair, since they may need more time to get their shit together after decades of coddling crack addicts and thieves in their communities, let's just say only violent crime to start.
All blacks incarcerated for violent crime (robbery, rape, murder, etc.) will be kept in prison indefinitely until the violent crime rate of the black community falls to EQUALITY, namely, 13%. At that point, we can begin lightening up and begin releases on a case-by-case basis to hit 13%.
Given the fact that black males, at only 6% of the population, are responsible for over 50% of homicides this may take a while, but I'm sure in the interests of equality no one minds the fact that we have to incarcerate more of the black population until their numbers fall in line with equality.
Hey, it's fair to give a few extra points in federal employment or college admissions because blacks are "underrepresented." In the interests of equal treatment, let's do the same in the areas where they're overrepresented. Want welfare, food stamps, or government freebies? For the first time, a 16-year-old boy with emotional issues spoke publicly Thursday of his life locked away inside his Deerfield Township home — a life he said was full of isolation and threats.

The youth recalled a day earlier this year when his sister, armed with a gun, ordered his friend out of the family's Bennett Lake Road home, apparently at their mother's request.

"She said she didn't want another crazy kid at the house," the youth testified during a court hearing.

After the hearing, his parents, Eric Corcoran and Angela "Angie" Corcoran, both 43, were ordered to stand trial on second-degree child abuse charges following Monday's preliminary exam before Livingston District Judge Carol Sue Reader.

Because he lived apart from his family in a locked basement, the youth said he was forced to go to the bathroom outdoors or relieve himself in plastic bottles when others weren't there to unlock the upstairs door.

The youth also said he was excluded from dining with family members, even though his parents, brother and sister tended to dine separately.

Angela Tisch of Child Protective Services, Monday's only other witness, said she found the youth's basement mattress "extremely filthy" during her February investigative visit to the home.

"There was a lot of garbage and debris lying around," she said.

In her ruling, Reader did not refer to the incident involving the gun. However, she said the fact that the boy was housed and fed separately from the family met state probable-cause standards, requiring the couple to be tried.

"There was minimal contact," between parents and child, Reader said. She also noted the youth's testimony that he had to "pee in bottles" and that he was clad in painful, too-small shoes when interviewed by CPS.

The youth testified he used a camper toilet left outside in the snow last winter, when his parents and two siblings were absent.

Attorney Mark Scharrer, who is representing Angela Corcoran, indicated his client was primarily responsible for the boy's discipline, potentially straining her relationship with the youth.

He also noted that Angela Corcoran fought hard to get the youth placed in a special-needs program in the Genesee County district where he attends school.

The youth was removed from the couple earlier this year and placed in foster care.

The Corcorans had been his foster parents before adopting him, at age 5, in 2004.

Protective services had twice before investigated the couple, beginning in May 2010, before the February investigation which prompted the charges.
