Seems fishy. Why would you give someone convicted of treason the barest minimum sentence?

Jackson police said a man broke into a fast food restaurant but instead of cash, the suspect stole boxes of chicken.

Around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to Church's Chicken on Woodrow Wilson Avenue for a business burglary. JPD Cmdr. Tyree Jones said that a black male was observed breaking into the rear storage area of the business. He was last seen leaving the location on a bicycle with several boxes of frozen chicken.

Officers later detained a suspect on a bicycle matching the description at Bailey Avenue near Vardaman Street. Cliff Hayes, 67, was arrested and charged with business burglary. Several boxes of frozen chicken were recovered and returned.

Was he starving or something? He still deserves to be prosecuted, but I'm interested in hearing his reasoning.
Also since he made his escape on a bike, I wonder if the bike was stolen.
>>
>>52588
reasoning was probably hunger and familiarity (or so he thought) with how to get into the restaurant. the charges will be less than if he tried to steal cash from a clerk or break into a private residence which might have people inside (since he's black, he would have gotten shot or charged with some kind of assault in that case on top of breaking and entering and larceny)

Straight from the Zionist presses to the good folks at /news/. Will you all finally stop calling them rapefugees and let them have asylum in your countries.

Basically a Syrian refugee was given a piece of furniture because he is a poor refugee and he found a hefty amount of cash in it. He returned the money to whoever gave him the thing in the first place.

One of the cops was black. Anyone know which death it was? It was either a long range shot or up close and personal (it was not the sheriff going to help the injured one that later became the personal kill).

speaking of Hilary's policies, what do you all think of Bernie now endorsing Hilary all of a sudden? He basically made her swear to increase to minimum wage to $15/hr. She claims that she will crack down on Corporations who try to do unfair practices and move over seas by giving rewards to those who don't how likely do you think this is to brace against a shit load of inevitable retaliation from businesses if this bill is passed?

I doubt she will do anything much for benefits and even if she does, they'll be too small to overshadow the benefits of exporting jobs to other countries ESPECIALLY with a $15hr minimum wage

Basically just another bunch of useless band aids on a problem while cutting you somewhere else

Are you a democrat? What was your opinion on Bernie's view on guns?
>>
>>57819
Hmm so that's why no one voted for Sanders...
Is there any possible way to get passed this problem? Would that involve making a law to punish corporations that move oversees by idk, making them pay a shit load more in tariffs on goods that have to be imported? This coupled with incentives to companies that don't move.

George Bush senior was pressured by israel to invade iraq in the nineties. But he refused and consequently lost his 2nd term for president. israeli prime minister netanyahu boasted that the jews forced Bush sr. out of office. Little georgie bush jr. gladly did the jews bidding however and had a falling out with his father Bush sr.about the iraq invasion.

Now that collaborative forces have started to spell out the final days for ISILs caliphate - how will that affect Israel now that Hezbollah/Hamas can redirect their focus away from fighting in Syria? Are we due for another resurgence in fighting between the two? If not, what's the big new conflict of 2020/the next decade going to be?

> A French government committee has heard testimony, suppressed by the French government at the time and not published online until this week, that the killers in the Bataclan appear to have tortured their victims on the second floor of the club.

>According to this testimony, Wahhabist killers reportedly gouged out eyes, castrated victims, and shoved their testicles in their mouths. They may also have disemboweled some poor souls. Women were reportedly stabbed in the genitals – and the torture was, victims told police, filmed for Daesh or Islamic State propaganda. For that reason, medics did not release the bodies of torture victims to the families, investigators said.

>We realize that much of the uproar over Trump within the Latino community has been over his comments and proposals on immigration. Democrats have certainly used it to pander to our community. But the reality is that Clinton cannot be trusted on immigration. She now portrays herself as a champion of immigrant rights, yet back in 2007 she voted for a poison pill amendment to kill immigration reform. Just two years ago, she called for the expedited removal of unaccompanied minors coming from Central America.
>Ironically, even on immigration, we may fare better with Trump. At the end of the day, he is practical and a deal-maker. He said recently that he doesn’t want to deport every single undocumented immigrant, and that he only called for the removal of those with criminal records.
>Our country and our community cannot afford to have someone like Hillary Clinton in the White House at this crucial time in our history. We can, however, reverse the course of decline that America has been placed on by President Obama, a course which Clinton would undoubtedly follow.

https://theintercept.com/2016/07/06/hacked-former-nato-general-defends-plotting-to-push-obama-to-escalate-tensions-with-russia/

>Former NATO Commander Philip Breedlove defended himself on Saturday after The Intercept reported on leaked emails that showed him plotting to push President Obama to escalate tensions with Russia. “I think what you see is a commander doing what commanders ought to do,” Breedlove told CNN’s Christiane Amanpour.

>Amanpour asked about emails—originally published by “hacktivist” website dcleaks.com—showing Breedlove seeking help from former Secretary of State Colin Powell on ways to get Obama to be more aggressive in defending the Ukraine against Russian invasion.
...

>>
>“I think POTUS sees us as a threat that must be minimized,” he wrote in a 2014 email, “ie do not get me into a war????”

>Breedlove deflected Amanpour’s questions at first, slamming the source of the leaks, which has not been publicly identified. “Let’s talk about the frustration right up front — the frustration that a nation-state would hack into a private individual’s emails and then use those to put out there for political or military gain in the diatribe,” he said. Breedlove had retired as Air Force general a day before he spoke to Amanpour, so he was hardly a private citizen when he was hacked.

>Phillip Carter, a former Pentagon official who is now a director at the Center for a New American Security, tweeted in response to The Intercept article that Breedlove’s dissent and backchannel lobbying “far exceeds what is appropriate for a US general.”

>Amanpour also asked about the inflated Russian troop numbers Breedlove cited in his arguments.

>“Well, Christiane, that subject has been talked about a lot,” he said. “It’s really kind of old news. But the bottom line is the numbers that I was using back during those discussions were numbers that were provided to me by my U.S. and my NATO intelligence forces. And so some of those numbers played out quite accurately later, as we knew more and more about what was actually going on.”
>>
>>56717
So Obama is actually trying to hold this back
>>
>>60247
No shit, who actually thinks Obama's gunning for Russia's head? He was (stupidly) trying to court Putin for the longest time and has been historically adverse to any real confrontation.

Black people can't plot murder, because to plot something requires power + buzzwords, and only whites have that unless it's some other race then they also have that as long as they're not black, because black people cannot be responsible for things because of racism.
