race? but it hasnt been reported...yet

Race - it's genetic. Violence, uncontrolled rage, and other anti-social can be derived from genetics.
Two conditions need to be meet:
1. They have the "warrior" gene
59% of African-Americans have it - compared to 34% of Caucasians.
But that means nothing unless the 2nd condition is also true.
2. They came from a childhood of violence, deprivation, abuse, neglect etc.

Then that anti-social violent behavior kicks in.

>South Korean prosecutors have charged two men with helping a North Korean spy attempt to smuggle used tyres into the North that could be used by the military.

>The Seoul Central Prosecutors' Office said in a statement dated Friday that the two males were accused of helping the North Korean secret operative from 2014 to 2015, which would violate the South's National Security Law.

>The indictments come amid heightened tensions between Seoul and Pyongyang after a series of missile launches by the North this year and the decision by the United States to place a sophisticated anti-missile system in South Korea.

>The North Korean agent was from the General Reconnaissance Bureau, which is focused on espionage activities against the South, according to South Korean prosecutors.

>The two South Korean men met the North Korean in the Chinese city of Dandong, which borders North Korea, and conspired to smuggle two containers of tyres into the North, prosecutors said.

>"There were sufficient possibilities that the large tyres, in particular, could be converted for military use," South Korea's Yonhap News Agency quoted an unidentified prosecution official as saying on Monday. "They (the two) were aware of this and attempted to smuggle them out of the country."

>"There were sufficient possibilities that the large tyres, in particular, could be converted for military use,"

Hah, bullshit. You know what they use them for?

A long time back the Japanese, when they owned Korea in it's entirety, built up the local infrastructure with a rail line with several coal-burning steam locomotives.

After the Korean War, sometimes after the sanctions kicked in, they ran out of gas and fuel oil, and started converting their old chicom army trucks they use in normal duties to essentially be steam locomotives as well, which run on wood, because any and all diesel and AV gas gets reserved for their aging air and armored forces.

Now that their coal mines' output is dwindling, and the coal quality is utter shit, they've resorted to burning tires mixed with wood in these 80-something year old locomotives to keep them running, since they can't convert them to burn fuel-oil.

It's ingenuity made necessity by stupidity.

>Engineers experimenting with fire tornadoes developed a blue and violet swirling vortex of flames that burns more calmly and cleanly than any ever seen before.

>Powerfully spinning "fire whirls" burn through their surroundings incredibly efficiently. Now researchers have discovered a lab version they're working to control and make even more efficient. For the first time, scientists have created a “blue whirl” flame that burns cleaner than its traditional yellow counterpart and could potentially be used for more eco-friendly oil spill cleanup.

>A new paper published online August 4, 2016, in the peer-reviewed journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences (PNAS) describes this previously unobserved flame phenomenon, which burns nearly soot-free.

>“Blue whirls evolve from traditional yellow fire whirls. The yellow color is due to radiating soot particles, which form when there is not enough oxygen to burn the fuel completely,” said Elaine Oran, Glenn L. Martin Institute Professor of Engineering and co-author of the paper. “Blue in the whirl indicates there is enough oxygen for complete combustion, which means less or no soot, and is therefore a cleaner burn.”

>The growing worldwide demand to reduce emissions from combustion calls for development of alternative technologies for high-efficiency and low-emission combustion. Whereas fire whirls are known for their intense and disastrous threat to life and surrounding environments, their swirl properties and thus higher combustion efficiency imply an unexploited potential for highly efficient, low-emission combustion. In studying fire whirls over water for oil-spill cleanup, we discovered a beautiful, swirling flame phenomenon, the “blue whirl,” which evolves from a fire whirl and burns with nearly soot-free combustion. Understanding and control of the blue whirl and its predecessor, the fire whirl, will suggest new ways for fuel-spill remediation, reduced-pollution combustion, and fluid mechanics research.

>AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — Patrol car video publicly released Thursday shows a white Austin, Texas, police officer violently throwing a black woman to the ground during a traffic stop, followed by another white officer telling her black people have "violent tendencies" and whites are justifiably afraid.

>Austin Police Chief Art Acevedo condemned both officers' actions. He called the officer's comments on the video "disturbing" and said a criminal investigation has been opened against the officer who arrested Breaion King.

>The traffic stop happened in June 2015 but was not made public until the Austin American-Statesman published the video Thursday. Acevedo called a news conference hours later and said both officers have been taken off street patrol and are on desk duty.

>The video is surfacing amid heightened nationwide tension over police treatment of black people.

>The Justice Department plans to end its use of private prisons after officials concluded the facilities are both less safe and less effective at providing correctional services than those run by the government.
>Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates announced the decision on Thursday in a memo that instructs officials to either decline to renew the contracts for private prison operators when they expire or “substantially reduce” the contracts’ scope. The goal, Yates wrote, is “reducing — and ultimately ending — our use of privately operated prisons.”
>“They simply do not provide the same level of correctional services, programs, and resources; they do not save substantially on costs; and as noted in a recent report by the Department’s Office of Inspector General, they do not maintain the same level of safety and security,” Yates wrote.

http://www.npr.org/sections/thetwo-way/2016/08/18/490498158/justice-department-will-phase-out-its-use-of-private-prisons

In making the decision, Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates cited new findings by the Justice Department's inspector general, who concluded earlier this month that a pool of 14 privately contracted prisons reported more incidents of inmate contraband, higher rates of assaults and more uses of force than facilities run by the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

"They simply do not provide the same level of correctional services, programs and resources; they do not save substantially on costs; and ... they do not maintain the same level of safety and security," Yates wrote in a memo Thursday.

At their peak, contract prisons housed approximately 30,000 federal inmates. By May 2017, that number will have dropped by more than half, to 14,000, Yates wrote. The Bureau of Prisons tends to use contract facilities to confine inmates who require only low security and who tend to be in the country illegally. The U.S. government spent $639 million on those facilities in fiscal year 2014, according to the Inspector General report, in payments to three companies: Corrections Corporation of America, GEO Group, and Management and Training Corp.

The Justice Department announcement will not touch the vast majority of prisoners in the country who are incarcerated by state and local authorities. But federal officials hope their decision will be a model across the correctional field.

Last month, the DOJ declined to renew a contract for 1,200 prison beds in a private facility. And it is making changes to a new contract bid to reduce the size of demand there, too.

"It has been a stain on our democracy to permit profit-making entities to be handed the responsibility of making determinations of individual liberty," Mauer said in a prepared statement. "Today's action moves us closer to a moment when government can once again assume this important responsibility."

http://www.cbsnews.com/news/houston-children-dead-under-home-mother-sheborah-thomas-charged/?google_editors_picks=true

A Houston mother who calmly told an acquaintance that she had drowned her two children in a bathtub has been charged in their deaths and was being held without bond Monday.

Sheborah Thomas, 30, was charged Sunday with capital murder of a person under age 6, according to court records.

"All indications are she is the one who acted alone" in the deaths of her 7-year-old son Oraynn and 5-year-old daughter Kayana, Houston police spokesman Kese Smith told The Associated Press. Their bodies were found Sunday under a neighbor's house.

Authorities have not yet confirmed a cause of death but said an acquaintance of the woman told police she said she drowned her children in a bathtub.

Smith said investigators are still interviewing the woman and have not determined a motive. Autopsies have been ordered.

Online criminal court records do not list an attorney to comment on behalf of Thomas.

The acquaintance told authorities he came across Thomas dumping trash in a field and that she told him she needed help moving right away. When the man asked about her kids, she calmly said she had killed them, Smith said.

"She was so matter-of-fact about it, he didn't think she was serious. He thought she was joking," Smith said. "He continued to help her pack."

Smith said the man eventually realized something was wrong when he asked again and got the same answer. He then drove the woman to a nearby police precinct and flagged down an officer, Smith said.

The mother apparently tried to bury the children but when that proved too difficult she hid their bodies under a neighbor's house, Smith said.

http://dailycaller.com/2016/06/28/report-adult-refugees-enrolled-in-canadian-high-school-harassing-young-girls/

>Emails between school officials at one Canadian high school reveal the school has been struggling to integrate into the school adult Syrian refugees, who reportedly are bullying and threatening students and teachers, as well as making advances on young teenage girls.

>After receiving a tip about Fredericton High School in New Brunswick, Canada — a region that has been aggressively resettling thousands of Syrian refugees — Canadian news organization TheRebel submitted a freedom of information request to the school, asking for any information regarding problems the school might be having with the integration of Syrian immigrants.

>Another email stated that one refugee identified rocket-propelled grenades (RPG’s) as one of his hobbies. A survey of the refugees revealed that just under 20 percent approved of marital rape and forced abortions.

>The tip that led originally TheRebel to investigate contained a Facebook post from a Fredericton parent saying that refugees as old as 22 “with full beards and better built than the hockey team” are enrolled in the school, where they try “hitting on the 14-15 year old girls of that year, but are being brushed off.”

>The parent added that the Syrians “have started on the girls in the year below who they are having success with. It’s really ugly, the Canadian boys are very frustrated but are too scared to speak up (they know how dangerous the ‘you’re a racist’ label will be for the rest of their lives).”

It's also sad to see the dreams of these Olympians shattered by this nonsense. Not tonly mention in a sport like boxing where so much is on the line and anything, including serious injury, could happen

>A whistleblower who helped reveal false accounting at Deutsche Bank (DBKGn.DE) has refused an $8.25 million award from a U.S. securities regulator because of the agency's failure to punish bank executives, the Financial Times reported on Thursday.

>Eric Ben-Artzi, a former Deutsche Bank risk officer, wrote in an opinion article in the Financial Times that the $55 million U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission penalty on which the award is based should have been paid by Deutsche's executives.

>“We brought all of the charges supported by the evidence and the law, which were unanimously approved by the Commission," said Andrew Ceresney, the SEC's enforcement division head.

>Last year, Deutsche Bank agreed to pay $55 million to the SEC to settle claims that it ran afoul of U.S. securities laws because of the bank's "inadequate internal accounting controls" related to the valuation of complex derivatives, the SEC had said. Deutsche Bank did not admit or deny allegations connected to trading "leveraged super senior" (LSS) derivatives dating back to late 2008 and early 2009.

>"Deutsche did not commit this wrongdoing. Deutsche was the victim," wrote Ben-Artzi, who had joined Deutsche in 2010.

>But the Deutsche executives went unpunished because of a "revolving door" situation in which top SEC lawyers who had held senior posts at Deutsche moved "in and out of top positions at the regulator even as the investigation into malfeasance at Deutsche were ongoing," Ben-Artzi wrote.

>Among the officials Ben-Artzi singled out: Robert Khuzami, a top Deutsche lawyer in the United States who served as the SEC's enforcement head from 2009-2013. Ben-Artzi wants his $8.25 million share of the award to be given to "Deutsche Bank and its stakeholders." The award money should be clawed back from bonuses paid to Deutsche executives, he wrote.
