The computer scientists believe they have found evidence that vote totals in the three states could have been manipulated or hacked and presented their findings to top Clinton aides on a call last Thursday.

The scientists, among them J. Alex Halderman, the director of the University of Michigan Center for Computer Security and Society, told the Clinton campaign they believe there is a questionable trend of Clinton performing worse in counties that relied on electronic voting machines compared to paper ballots and optical scanners, according to the source.

At least two million people are expected to be part of a nationwide rally in South Korea on Saturday (26 November), organisers said. The rally has been organised to protest against scandal-hit President Park Geun-hye.

According to the organisers of the demonstration, some 1.5 million will gather in the capital city of Seoul and 500,000 in other regions demanding Geun-hye's resignation. The 26 November rally is expected to be the biggest since the demonstrations began.
Members of the Korean Peasants League, the country's largest farmers' group, are also expected to join the demonstration in Seoul.

The farmers had intended to bring around 1,000 tractors and other machinery near the government quarter as part of the protest, but were barred by a court order.

Exclusive: By inviting in Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, a Democrat hostile to “regime change” wars, President-elect Trump may be signaling a major break with Republican neocon orthodoxy and a big shake-up of the U.S. foreign policy establishment

Two weeks after Donald Trump’s shocking upset of Hillary Clinton, the imperious and imperial neoconservatives and their liberal-interventionist understudies may finally be losing their tight grip on U.S. foreign policy.

The latest sign was Trump’s invitation for a meeting with Rep. Tulsi Gabbard, D-Hawaii, on Monday. The mainstream media commentary has almost completely missed the potential significance of this start-of-the-work-week meeting by suggesting that Trump is attracted to Gabbard’s tough words on “radical Islamic terrorism.”

Far more important is that Gabbard, a 35-year-old Iraq War veteran, endorsed Sen. Bernie Sanders in the Democratic primaries because of his opposition to neocon/liberal-hawk military adventures. She starred in one of the strongest political ads of the campaign, a message to Hawaiians, called “The Cost of War.”

“Bernie Sanders voted against the Iraq War,” Gabbard says. “He understands the cost of war, that that cost is continued when our veterans come home. Bernie Sanders will defend our country and take the trillions of dollars that are spent on these interventionist, regime change, unnecessary wars and invest it here at home.”

In the ad, Gabbard threw down the gauntlet to the neocons and their liberal-hawk sidekicks, by accusing them of wasting trillions of dollars “on these interventionist, regime change, unnecessary wars.” Her comments mesh closely with Trump’s own perspective.

South Korea and Japan recently agreed to share military intelligence --- but defense officials in Seoul deny the two countries are thinking about sharing more tangible military supplies.

The recent signing of the General Security of Military Information Agreement is a reminder that as recently as four years ago, Seoul and Tokyo were also considering an Acquisition Cross-Servicing Agreement(ACSA), meaning their militaries would share ammunition, food and fuel.

The two agreements were side-by-side on the negotiation table in 2012 before talks broke down.

Defense Ministry spokesman Moon Sang-gyun told reporters Friday that neither side has proposed talks about renewing the ACSA agreement.

He also clarified that South Korea's information sharing with Japan will be mainly limited to matters dealing with North Korea's nuclear and missile threats.
