Funny how right wing euro & ami cucks never read the right headlines. In germany, a respectfully white couple raped chinese girl and killed her. Let me guess what REALLY happened, cause the guy in that relationship shuts his mouth: white boyfriend wants a threesome with a beloved "asian girl", forced his white girlfriend to do so. Doing all this weeb shit, anal, deepthrouth, bondage, humilation.

Best thing is that these stupid chinese girl was excided because "yeah fucking a euro white guy"... stupid people...

That kinda explains everything about police violence.
>>

>So early in 2014, backed by the city council, City Manager Sheryl Sculley proposed reforms to the police union contract in the Texas city.

>Mike Helle, the officers’ association president, said Sculley pitched the changes simply to ride a wave of protest over police. The contract ensures fair discipline, he said, and if anyone was on the attack, it was the manager. “Her tone was immediately aggressive,” he said.

>The union ran full-page newspaper ads and placed billboards downtown claiming crime rates rose because she refused to fill open police positions. Police backers broadcast ads highlighting Sculley’s six-figure salary and created a Facebook page, Remove City Manager Sheryl Sculley.

>Reuters examined police union contracts across the country and found a pattern of protections afforded officers: Many contracts erase disciplinary records or allow police to forfeit sick leave for suspensions.

https://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/16/business/lee-jae-yong-samsung.html

>HONG KONG — Suave and mellow, Samsung’s heir apparent has often been portrayed as the right leader for a big but stodgy business empire looking to make its way in the age of innovation.

>The leader, Lee Jae-yong — who goes by Jay Y. Lee in the West — is part of the third generation of the Lee family to lead the conglomerate, which makes products as varied as microchips and ships. While his father was widely seen as old-fashioned, Mr. Lee has been painted by Samsung as equally comfortable in Silicon Valley and in the boardroom, as a leader who could open up the clannish business even as he helped its flagship electronics arm take on Apple in innovation.

>That image took a hit on Monday, when prosecutors called for Mr. Lee’s arrest as part of the sprawling investigation into a corruption scandal involving President Park Geun-hye of South Korea. Prosecutors contend that he bribed the president and one of her confidants in exchange for help transferring control of Samsung to him.

>In a statement on Monday, Samsung denied any bribery or making “improper requests related to the merger of Samsung affiliates or the leadership transition.” But the move by prosecutors casts Mr. Lee in a different light, as a leader similar to his father — who was convicted of white-collar crimes but pardoned twice — and it could raise questions about Mr. Lee’s pledge to improve Samsung’s transparency and make it more responsive to shareholders.

>“Beyond the arrest itself, this is going to be a big blow to the narrative they’ve been building,” said Geoffrey Cain, the author of a forthcoming book on Samsung. “It’s hard to convince shareholders and partners they are a hip Silicon Valley-style company when these charges show them to be a company run like a feudal dynasty.”

>Mr. Lee’s legal troubles are unlikely to have an immediate impact on Samsung’s day-to-day business, as operations are run mainly by professional managers in autonomous teams, analysts said.

>And his role at Samsung is not necessarily over. South Korea has a long history of pardoning the leaders of its largest family-run companies, known as chaebols. With Samsung accounting for 20 percent of the country’s exports, past efforts to penalize the company or its executives have been met with worries about the impact on South Korea’s economy.

>But Mr. Lee’s problems could influence the company’s strategic decisions at a time of major challenges, such as how to bounce back from the debacle over its Galaxy Note 7, a smartphone intended to challenge Apple’s position as the world’s most innovative phone maker. A spate of fires last year forced Samsung to recall and then cease production of the phone, tarnishing the company’s name and making it the object of airline safety announcements and jokes on American late-night talk shows.

>Now, with Mr. Lee’s legal problems, a major customer might need a large quantity of a new component, but a decision on the matter could be delayed, said Mark Newman, an analyst at Sanford C. Bernstein and Company.

>“If Jay Lee is there, he can answer in 24 hours,” Mr. Newman said. “But otherwise, it could take a couple of weeks. I think that’s the thing you need to worry about: big decisions.”

>Analysts highlighted two executives who run large parts of the company’s operations and who could take on more responsibility. One is Kwon Oh-hyun, who helped Samsung become a leader in memory and semiconductor operations. The other, Choi Gee-sung, was crucial in building the company’s television unit, which eclipsed Sony’s a decade ago.

...
>>
>Mr. Lee, 48, is vice chairman of Samsung, but he has been widely considered the company’s de facto leader since his father, Lee Kun-hee, had a heart attack in 2014. The elder Mr. Lee led Samsung from its roots as a components supplier to a maker of consumer products, establishing a global brand and shedding a reputation for cheap goods. In one example of his drive, two decades ago he gathered 150,000 Samsung phones that failed quality tests and set them on fire.

>Under the younger Mr. Lee, Samsung has focused again on components, a sector that has benefited from companies wanting to add features to their phones. And late last year, the company struck an $8 billion deal to buy Harman International to make smart components for cars.

>But Mr. Lee has also pledged to put in place changes to ensure that Samsung’s corporate governance meets international standards. As a family controlled group with dense links among its units, the corporation has a structure that has drawn criticism from some investors.

>Samsung has also pressed for cultural changes that would foster innovation and a start-up-style environment at the company, and Mr. Lee has been portrayed as a part of that shift. At Samsung, he is credited with negotiating a key deal with Steve Jobs to help make the Apple iPod.

>“Start-up Samsung,” an initiative announced last year, sought to relax what many described as a strict corporate culture. Announced with a coordinated pledge by top executives, the push was derided by some in the technology news media as evidence of Samsung’s top-down structure.
...
>>
>Despite such efforts, Samsung has been unable to follow up with a next act in the wake of the Galaxy Note 7 debacle, and high-profile projects like creating an operating system have largely been considered failures.

A Russian official has admitted for the first time the existence of a doping campaign that involved hundreds of the country’s athletes.

>“It was an institutional conspiracy,” Anna Antseliovich, the acting director of Russia’s national anti-doping agency Rusada, told the New York Times on Tuesday. The government’s top officials were not involved, however, Antseliovich said.

>Rusada said on Wednesday that Antseliovich’s comments had been distorted and taken out of context. A statement given to the Tass news agency said the impression had wrongly been given that its leadership recognised there had been an “institutional conspiracy”.

>The Kremlin said it would check the veracity of the NYT report to make sure Antseliovich had been accurately quoted.

>The report details how the director of one laboratory tampered with urine samples at the Olympics and provided performance-enhancing drugs to athletes. The operation was assisted by the Federal Security Service and a deputy sports minister.

>Russia has long denied such an operation existed. But a report commissioned by the World Anti-Doping Agency (Wada) asserted this month that more than 1,000 Russians athletes across more than 30 sports – were involved in or benefited from state-sponsored doping between 2011 and 2015. The report, authored by a Canadian law professor, Richard McLaren, said the London 2012 Olympics were “corrupted on an unprecedented scale” due to Russian doping.

>>After the McLaren report’s publication, the International Olympic Committee said it had opened disciplinary proceedings against 28 Russian athletes who competed at the 2014 Games in Sochi. An IOC statement read: “At this point in time, these 28 new cases are not AAFs [adverse analytical findings], like a positive doping test. However, the manipulation of the samples themselves could lead to an anti-doping rule violation and sanctions.”

>He claimed the government was lying about Russian hackers being behind security breaches during the election to start another world war and 'kill us all'.

HARDEWIJK, THE NETHERLANDS — Ever seen a dolphin get a handjob? Well, today's your lucky day! A video secretly filmed by Dutch TV show RamBam showing flipper receiving a sex act at a dolphinarium in the Netherlands has raised eyebrows, but Dutch authorities and reps from the dolphin park in Hardewijk say this isn't some kind of questionable love affair, it's simply part of a breeding program and the dude milking the dolphin was just helping the animal "de-stress."

But, it seems a whole lot of people need some de-stressing of their own cuz they flippin' freaked out after seeing this.

Dutch authorities say no laws were broken during this "interplay between man and dolphin."

Whatcha think? You cool with dolphin twinkie-stroking if Dutch cops are cool with it? Or is this animal abuse, no matter how happy flipper looks afterwards?

>The British Antarctic Survey is to pull all staff out of its space-age Halley base in March for safety reasons.

>The highly unusual move is necessary because the Brunt Ice Shelf on which the research station sits has developed a big new crack.

>BAS officials say neither staff nor the base are in any immediate danger but believe it would be prudent to withdraw while the situation is assessed.

>The plan would be to go back once the Antarctic winter is over, in November.

>Halley station comprises a series of hi-tech pods that are mounted on hydraulic legs and skis so that they can be moved periodically further inland, to get away from the shelf edge where icebergs are calved into the ocean.
Unpredictable situation

>BAS is in the process of conducting such a move right now. The relocation is all but complete, with the last pod currently in the final stage of being shifted 23km to the new site.

>The move was necessitated by a chasm that had opened up in the shelf and which threatened to cut off Halley. But this huge fissure to the west of the station is not the cause of the temporary closure.

>Rather, it is another break in the ice some 17km to the north and east of the new base position. It has been dubbed the "Halloween Crack" because it was discovered on 31 October.
...

>>
>"Changes to the ice, particularly the growth of a new crack, presents a complex glaciological picture that means that BAS scientists are unable to predict with certainty what will happen to the ice shelf during the forthcoming Antarctic winter," the research organisation said in a statement.

>"As a precautionary measure, BAS will remove its people before the Antarctic winter begins."

>The organisation says it does not believe the ice shelf is about to experience a major calving event, but make the point that if something were to happen it would be very difficult to react in the depths of an Antarctic winter.

>"What we've decided is that given the unpredictability, combined with our inability to do anything about it in winter - no aircraft in the continent, it's dark, it's very cold; all those kinds of issues - then actually the prudent thing to do is withdraw our staff, close the station down in a controlled manner and then go back in next summer," BAS director of operations Captain Tim Stockings told BBC News.

>Together with the Rothera base on the Antarctic Peninsula, Halley spearheads the UK presence - and scientific activity - on the White Continent.

>Halley gathers important weather and climate data, and it played a critical role in the research that identified the ozone "hole" in 1985.

>In recent years, Halley has also become a major centre for studying solar activity and the impacts it can have on Earth.

>This is most evident in the beautiful auroras that form over the base - the consequence of particles from the Sun crashing into air molecules high in the atmosphere.
...
>>
Flying the flag

>Just under 20 permanent staff reside at Halley. In winter, they would watch over experiments. BAS now has to decide if any of those experiments can be left running autonomously, or whether it is better to just shut everything down.

>Scientists have placed sensors on either side of the more than 40km-long Halloween Crack so that they can monitor its status.

>"Obviously, we'll seek to get out of those whatever we can; we'll also be using satellite imagery over the winter as well. Then, next season we'll send a team in to re-open the station, verify the measurements from our instruments and take the situation from there," explained Captain Stockings.

>"But I should say - we are committed to our presence in that part of the British Antarctic Territory and to the science we do there. Absolutely.

>"We've spent a long time finding the new site for Halley VI and of itself this site isn't directly at risk - it's just the unpredictability of the whole area."

>DUBLIN — Britain's Cabinet minister for Northern Ireland says the territory's unraveling unity government must be dissolved and an early election will be held on March 2.

>Secretary of State James Brokenshire told reporters Monday he had no power to compel the opposite sides in Northern Ireland's nearly decade-old government coalition to keep working together as the territory's 1998 peace accord intended.

>Brokenshire expressed hope that the Irish Catholics of Sinn Fein and the British Protestants of the Democratic Unionist Party would repair their broken relationship following the vote, which comes just 10 months after a previous election.

>He spoke hours after Sinn Fein refused to fill its top post in the two-party government, denounced its Democratic Unionist partners as corrupt and bigoted and called for a new vote.

>Twenty-nine-year-old Johanna Watkins from Minnesota cannot kiss her husband Scott, or even spend time in the same room as him. She suffers from Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, a rare disorder of the immune system, which means she is allergic to almost everything, including her husband's scent.

>Johanna and Scott Watkins's date nights are very different from other couple's.
>"Scott and I will try to watch a show together. We can't be in the room together, because I'm allergic to him, but he will be three floors below me in a room on his laptop and I will be on mine and we'll watch the show at the same time and then text about it as we're watching it," says Johanna.
>Johanna lives in an attic room all by herself with sealed windows and doors, and air filters to purify the air. She has a severe form of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) in which the cells that are meant to protect her from outside threats mutate and start attacking her body instead.

>Before she married her husband Scott in 2013 Johanna did not expect her condition to become so severe. She worked as a teacher and the couple used to love hiking together. Even then she struggled with unusual rashes, irritable bowel syndrome and migraines, but these ailments became much worse after the couple married.
>"There were times three and four years ago, before we got the diagnosis, that if I was extra close to my wife, specifically if my face was close to Johanna's face, she would cough," says Scott.
>But it was only last year that the couple realised they had become unable to physically share their life together.

>"On our wedding day we made vows to each other that till death do us part. No matter what life brought.
>"I can tell you that even if I have this until I'm 90 years old, I would be committed to my husband with that vow and still love him."

>"It's one of the ways that I can care for her, and every other day for the past year I've had one of my dear friends come and they help [me] cook for Johanna," he says. "She can only eat two meals, so she's been eating the same two meals for over a year."
>Johanna can only tolerate 15 different foods, including spices, so she eats either beef chuck roast (beef stew) with organic celery, carrot and parsnip or organic lamb with turmeric, cinnamon and cucumber.

>The couple are currently living in the family home of their friends, the Olsons, while their own home is renovated to make it a safe living space for Johanna. The Olson family have given up using all scented products and do not cook in their house at all.

Bishek, Jan. 16 (Reuters): A Turkish cargo jet crashed near Kyrgyzstan's Manas airport on Monday, killing at least 37 people, most of them residents of a village struck by the Boeing 747 as it tried to land in dense fog, Kyrgyz officials said.

According to the airport administration, the plane was supposed to make a stopover at Manas, near the capital city Bishkek, on its way from Hong Kong to Istanbul. It crashed when trying to land in poor visibility at 7:31am (0131 GMT).

The doomed plane ploughed on for a few hundred metres (yards) through the Dachi Suu village, home to hundreds of families, shattering into pieces and damaging dozens of buildings.

Plumes of smoke rose above the crash site, with some mudbrick buildings razed to the ground and others pierced by parts of the plane.

The torn-off tail assembly, rotated upside down, towered above a one-storey house. A football pitch-sized area nearby was completely levelled and covered with twisted pieces of metal.

Locals said they had initially thought an earthquake had struck the area.

“Around seven o'clock in the morning I heard a strong swat (noise) and after that all the nearest houses were shaken,” said local resident Andrei Andreyev.

“Of course, everyone got frightened and started to run out of the houses to the street. Nobody understood what was going on because there was a fog, the weather was not good,” Andreyev.

Initial estimates put the death toll from the crash at 37, said Kyrgyzstan's emergencies ministry. Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev announced Tuesday would be a national day of mourning.

Turkish Airlines said in a statement that the cargo flight was operated by ACT Airlines and neither the Boeing 747-400 aircraft nor the crew belonged to Turkish Airlines.

Turkish cargo operator ACT Airlines also said the jet was theirs.

“Our TC-MCL signed plane, flying on Jan. 16 from Hong Kong to Bishkek, crashed on landing at Bishkek at the end of the runway for an unknown reason,” ACT Airlines said in an emailed statement.

“More information will be disclosed concerning our four-person team when we get clear information.”

What was supposed to be a night of celebrations quickly turned into a nightmare for a northern Michigan man as he lay helpless in the snow for nearly 20 hours on New Year’s Eve.

About an hour before the big countdown, Bob ran out of his house in pajamas and slippers to grab another log for his fireplace when he slipped and fell, breaking his neck.

He tried to scream for help, but the only one who heard his cry was his Golden Retriever, Kelsey.

“I was screaming for help but my nearest neighbor is about a quarter mile away and it was 10:30 p.m., but my Kelsey came,” explained Bob, according to a statement sent to CBS News by McLaren Northern Michigan hospital. “By morning my voice was gone and I couldn’t yell for help, but Kelsey didn’t stop barking.”

The temperature dipped to 24 degrees as Bob lay paralyzed in the snow, Kelsey still barking by his side. The dog prevented Bob from falling victim to hypothermia by lying on top of him and licking his face and hands to keep him awake.

“She kept barking for help but never left my side,” Bob said. “She kept me warm and alert. I knew I had to persevere through this and that it was my choice to stay alive.”

Eventually, he lost consciousness. But the silence didn’t stop Kelsey from barking, and eventually the dog’s efforts paid off.

The next day, Bob’s neighbor found him and called 911.

By the time he arrived at the McLaren Northern Michigan Emergency Department in Petoskey, Michigan, he was hypothermic — with a core body temperature under 70 degrees Fahrenheit, the hospital told CBS News.

“I was surprised to find out that I didn’t have any frostbite,” Bob said. “I am sure it was because of Kelsey’s determination.”

Chaim Colen, a neurosurgeon at McLaren Northern Michigan, immediately performed spinal decompression surgery on Bob, which was a complete success. Bob still has a long road of recovery, and hours of physical therapy, ahead of him, but thanks to his dog and doctor, he knows he’ll be just fine.

“I’m so thankful for my two heroes,” Bob said. “Kelsey kept me warm, alert and never stopped barking for help. Dr. Colen saved my life and ability to move. They are truly heroes and I will be eternally grateful.”

BuzzFeed And CNN Fall For Trump Prostitute Story That Was 4Chan Prank

With just ten days to go before he is sworn in as America’s forty-fifth president, the political establishment went nuclear on President-elect Donald Trump Tuesday with a double-barreled blast of “leaked” “intelligence” reports by CNN and BuzzFeed.

The documents contain explosive, but unverified, opposition research that alleges intel ties between Russia and Trump and also claims Russia holds sexual blackmail material over Trump.

One of the most outrageous unconfirmed allegations in the report claims the Russians recorded Trump watching Russian prostitutes urinate on each other in a Moscow hotel room previously occupied by President and Mrs. Barack Obama.

Now this…
Buzzfeed, Cosmopolitan, and CNN got played by 4Chan.

According to the “leaked” “intelligence” documents: Trump disliked Obama so much that he hired two Russian hookers to piss on a bed that Obama slept on in Russia.

And the liberal media ran with this!

Seriously?

The original story was created by 4Chan user.

According to 4Chan these documents were created by a 4Chan user and sent to anti-Trumper Rick Wilson knowing he would act on this tip:

4Chan discussed this tonight:

Political hacks emailed documents to #NeverTrump jackass Rick Wilson about Trump making people piss on a bed.

Rick Wilson thought it was real and gave it to leftists at the CIA

The CIA of the USA put this in their official classified intelligence report on Russian involvement in the US election

Donald Trump and Obama were both given private sessions with the CIA to discuss this.

The CIA concluded that the Russians plan to blackmail Trump with this story we made up

The 4Chan users then link to this:

So they took what I told Rick Wilson and added a Russian spy angle to it.

They still believe it. Guys, they’re truly fucking desperate – there’s no remaining Trump scandal that’s credible.

Then there’s this…

If these journalists were real journalists and not fake journalists then they would have found that the original documents did not conform to CIA or UK intelligence requirements.

US or UK intelligence would never say “CONFIDENTIAL / SENSITIVE SOURCE.”

The Trump-Russia intel document headers are “CONFIDENTIAL / SENSITIVE SOURCE” and thesource is allegedly ex-MI6.

The US andUK don’t use that header in ANY sensitive material.

It looks like the liberal mainstream media got punked — again.

If this is how easy it is to fool the liberal media then I’m going to have my niece start sending them her Harry Potter fan fictions as long as she writes “Confidential / Sensitive Source” at the top.

>WASHINGTON — The speed of Republican efforts to repeal the Affordable Care Act has stunned health industry lobbyists, leaving representatives of insurance companies, hospitals, doctors and pharmaceutical makers in disarray and struggling for a response to a legislative quick strike that would upend much of the American health care system.

>The Senate is expected to take the first step by Thursday morning, approving parliamentary language in a budget resolution that would fast-track a repeal bill that could not be filibustered in the Senate. House and Senate committees would have until Jan. 27 to report out repeal legislation. Health insurance and health care for millions of Americans are at risk.

>But far from reflecting the magnitude of the moment, the most prominent message from lobbyists that lawmakers saw in their first week back at work was a narrowly focused advertisement from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce demanding the repeal of “Obamacare taxes,” especially an annual fee imposed on health insurance companies to help pay for the expansion of coverage under the health law.

>“More than 20 million people could lose their health insurance, and states could lose billions of dollars in Medicaid money,” said Kenneth E. Raske, the president of the Greater New York Hospital Association. But, he added, many health care executives “don’t want to get on the wrong side of the new administration or the Republican majority in Congress.”

>Health care professionals are not totally silent, but industries that were integral to the creation of the Affordable Care Act in 2010 are keeping their voices down as Republicans rush to dismantle it. Some Republican lawmakers are openly fretting about their leaders’ repeal strategy, saying they must develop an Affordable Care Act replacement before they repeal it. Five Republican senators proposed on Monday to extend the deadline for drafting repeal legislation by five weeks, until March 3. One of the five, Senator Bob Corker of Tennessee, said the extra time would allow Congress and the Trump administration to “get the policy right” as they try to arrange a smooth transition to a new system of health coverage.

>But the naysayers are getting no cover from a major lobbying and advertisement blitz like the ones that blanketed the airwaves in 2009 and 2010.

>To block the repeal effort, said Senator Richard J. Durbin of Illinois, the No. 2 Senate Democrat, “we need two or three Republicans to join us.”

>Doctors are telling Congress to proceed with caution, insisting that no one should lose coverage. The American College of Physicians, representing 148,000 specialists in internal medicine, has sent letters to senators urging them to “vote no” this week on the budget resolution.

>Hospitals were expecting to receive tens of billions of dollars in additional revenue for treating people who were newly insured under the health law, and they are alarmed at the prospect that it may now be repealed. But, they say, if Congress goes ahead and rolls back the expansion of coverage, it must also restore tens of billions of dollars that the health law cut from Medicare payments to hospitals.

>Top executives from state hospital associations will fly to Washington this week to develop their strategy. Many also plan to visit offices on Capitol Hill, where they will warn of the potential damage if Congress repeals the health law without guaranteeing similar coverage for those who would lose it.

>A coalition of consumers and liberal advocacy groups is spending more than $2 million on television advertisements urging Congress to stop its attack on the law. The ads, by the Alliance for Healthcare Security, are aimed at a handful of Republican senators, including Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, Jeff Flake and John McCain of Arizona, Susan Collins of Maine, Dean Heller of Nevada, Lamar Alexander and Mr. Corker of Tennessee, and Shelley Moore Capito of West Virginia.

>But by Washington standards, that is a pittance. Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America, an industry lobbying group, set aside $150 million in 2009 to support the law’s passage.

>Some lobbyists have tacitly accepted the likelihood that major provisions of the health law will be repealed, setting their sights instead on shaping its replacement. They fear that if they come out strongly in opposition to repealing the law, they will lose their seats at the table as congressional Republicans and the Trump administration negotiate a replacement.

>For now, passage of the budget resolution this week looks likely. The real fight is expected to come two to three weeks from now, when two House committees and two Senate committees produce legislation to repeal the Affordable Care Act and must answer to Republicans who say a replacement measure must be ready at the same time.

>At least a half-dozen Republican senators have expressed doubts about the Republican leadership strategy of using the budget resolution to fast-track legislation to repeal the law, with a delayed effective date to allow time to find a replacement in the future.

>“Repeal and replacement should take place simultaneously,” Mr. Corker said last week. Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas said on MSNBC, “It would not be the right path for us to repeal Obamacare without laying out a path forward.”

>Members of the hard-right House Freedom Caucus are also pressing leaders to embrace a replacement bill before they eviscerate the existing law.

>And that concern is not confined to Congress. Gov. John R. Kasich of Ohio, a Republican, has also warned Congress against repealing the law without a replacement. What, he has asked, will happen to the 700,000 people who have gained coverage under the expansion of Medicaid in Ohio?

>Senator Rand Paul, Republican of Kentucky, said that he spoke on Friday with President-elect Donald J. Trump, and that Mr. Trump agreed a replacement measure must be ready.

>“I think he consistently has said, and I think many people who look at this say, ‘Gosh, you’re going to repeal this huge, dramatic thing and not have a replacement on the same day?’” Mr. Paul said on Monday. “I mean, doesn’t make a lot of sense to do that.”
