fgfs commuter is fine. if that's the type of bike you like riding then go for it. don't think you're too cool for lights when night riding though.

25/9 is standard on 20" wheels. When you go with bigger wheels like 26", your ratio becomes more like 25/11 or 25/12. My SS29er runs 33/17 but thats pretty high, usually they are 32/18-20

If you live somewhere flat it'll be fine, but not at all comfortable. If you're not actually going to be doing tricks a normal fixed gear would be better.
