And to be honest, it was 108 but 1 was because i got the wrong bank. i turned it in.

I made like 30 trips today tho, lots of holiday bonus's i am sure. i got a guy who gave me 8. I got two regulars who got me 5 and 4 respectively.

Still though, has anyone made about that in postmaids or snap courier?

And i am bike delivery man. I mean i don't think i did more then like 6 miles of actual travel today but I ride fixie. Tired as fuck man

I did work 9 hours, so i only comparatively made 90-107 or like 20.1 an hour. and i normally work 8 hour shifts, this was 9 hours. Normal for tips is about 14 an hour.

Generally they are thought to be too heavy and un-aerodynamic to work well.

One company is working on a 4-wheel velo at the moment-
http://en.velomobiel.nl/quattrovelo/maatschets.php
It is considered to be the only 'serious' attempt in recent years.

The main reason relates to a handling property of tadpole trikes.
The overall engineering for a tadpole wheel arrangement (2 wheels in front) is easier than a delta trike but there is one major problem. With tadpole velos if you suffer a rear flat tire at high speed, there is about a 99.5% chance that you will wipe out & roll over.
The 4-wheel velo is mainly trying to address this issue.

There have been some commendable attempts in the past (pic related). Many of these weren't really built to be only pedal-powered, and they had a small engine or motor to help, due to the weight of the vehicle.

Should boaters be required to be licensed?

Many states already have age restrictions, or PWC licensing. What are your thoughts?

No. I've been sailing all of my life and I believe there is something to be said for learning what you're doing, but no USPS or USCG course I've ever seen takes someone from green to skipper.

Can't say anything for masters licenses; I don't hear often of them having accidents and that's my concern.

But realistically if you have a Driver's license you can probably avoid killing yourself.

Some official instruction would be helpful, if you are mixing with larger vessels of any kind. I live near St Louis MO/USA and occasionally hear about somebody getting ticketed for trying to "wake jump" by running a rec boat too close to tugs pushing barges on the Mississippi river.

The link below is to a book on Amazon. Posting comical reviews became a fad at one point, but the reason that the guy wrote it is legit: he was a ship driver (or whatever) and saw again and again that people in small boats didn't understand how big ships maneuvered, or how much room they needed.

How To Avoid Huge Ships by John W. Trimmer

The used price is through the roof because it's out of print now apparently.

What? Isn't zoning what causes burbs to be all single family homes?

Also zoning is incredibly important for quality of burb life. You want no businesses that stay open late in the burb, and definitely no factories that pollute and shit.

Hey /n/, I have a problem.

I recently moved to a very, shall we say "urban" area, and it hasn't happened to me (yet!), but seeing some of the residents, I'm very worried about my bike getting stolen.

What are some of the best ways to prevent bike theft, or vandalism?

I've considered buying a gun to ride around with, but I imagine they'd be packing more heat than me, and that would only keep me partially safe when I was actually with my bike.

>I've considered buying a gun to ride around with, but I imagine they'd be packing more heat than me.

I don't live anywhere I'm worried about getting mugged, but that sounds like crazy talk. The bike thieves are opportunistic. They'll cut a chain, steal just a seat or wheel, or hacksaw a tree. But having a boomstick or a DEAGLE BRAND DEAGLE probably isn't a thing that would help you. Especially since you are going to be inside when some motherfucker is manhandling your bike.

Just park smart. You don't have to be perfect, just better than the assholes nearby who are about to have their bikes stolen.
>The bikes live out of sight in the garage or apartment.
>When parking at your bodega or wherever, 2+ solid ulocks so both wheels are secure to the frame and the frame is secure to the rack. And make sure the rack is secure to the ground.
>Actually, lock all quick release parts to the frame.
>Don't leave anything out overnight.

Also, get a beater. They're there to get beat.

Man Checks Out Citi Bike in NYC, Rides It 2,700 Miles

Take that Raptor man

The New Yorker rolled into the Golden State at the city of Blythe last week after riding 2,700 miles across 17 states—mostly along historic Route 66—on a distinctive blue Citi Bike he checked out in Manhattan on Aug. 6. Citi Bike is a fee-based bicycle sharing system. Speaking to New York magazine from Albuquerque this month, Tanenhaus said his job as a corporate event planner (to which he used to commute on a Citi Bike) and his apartment lease were both ending, and he "couldn't stomach" getting "just another job. I was out of options in New York, and I thought of the great American road trip."

Socialism is a society where everyone is equal and with a centralized planned economy where the government provides for everyone.

Nazi germany had a very authoritarian capitalist economy. I'm fully against this both socialism and communism. But Nazi-Germany wasn't socialist. Private companies were allowed if they didn't interfer with their ideals and the state, but monopolies couldn't be formed since the state had the final decision. Next to that, the society was inherently unequal. The fact man was unequal was their basic viewpoint. There's a strict hierarchy and you have to obey the one above you without questioning. There was a degree of social mobility but only through the military.

Each set of dubs print 1 of 6 stickers for my bicycle.

I've started riding my bicycle to work, to save money/get some exercise. I only work 10km away, so it's not too bad. However, my bike gets locked up, and set outside in the public for 9 hours a day. It's a real piece of shit 70's road bike, with bolt on wheels, nothing on it worth stealing. I found it on the verge during verge collection, just needed new tires/tubes, but this doesn't mean people won't try to steal it.

I wish to print some stickers to put on it. Something along the lines of "This turd is worth nothing". I will need a total of 6 stickers, as the frame consists of 3 pipes, and will be on each side.

Pic semi related. Not mine, but looks similar.

So, winter is here and I'm not going to bike again till the spring and I've been doing a lot of working out in my room.

What are some muscles you might want to work a lot that will improve cycling?

I've been doing a lot of squats, but I'm not sure if I should follow the guide where it says to explode up (development of fast-twitch muscles) or if I should do it really controlled and slow.

>is this cause for a new tyre
Put 30psi more in the tube than you normally would and look at the hole, if the tube visibly starts to bulge through then you should replace the tire. If not, the cut isn't all the way through the casing and the tire's fine to keep using, just check on it every few rides.
