It seems that the bass is overpowering the rest of the mix. Are you eqing/sidechaining your bass to the kick? What DAW are you using?

Do something else other than make music. Go outside, play vidya, make other art, watch a movie, listen to music, study a subject you find interesting, spend time with your waifu, just do something else. You'll probably come back to making music a bit more relaxed, maybe even inspired by the other things you did.

Put yourself out there. This generally means to go anywhere on the web/IRL that people could potentially listen to your music (Like going to a plug.dj room and offering comments/critique on other producers' songs being played, reposting/liking/commenting/critiquing other people on soundcloud, possibly asking around youtube music channels if they could post your music, going out to bars/clubs/cafe's, etc. )
