So I've been digging there three albums for a bit now. Are their EPs worth digging through? Also, since Last.fm is worthless in this regard, what other bands of are a similar vein? I've heard 385, but they seem like a odd, less good carbon copy of Midori too me.

Yes their EPs are good and yes 385 is good. They're very different once you've heard them enough, they're not a carbon copy.
