the last one was dying
>other stuff too
Recently released an album with my band, and I'm dying for some actual feedback!
>Death metal >Melodic >Technical-ish
>dreampop, shoegaze, experimental
DFoH was done with the help of Polysemy
And coming soon is our new album with Efferat, which will be more towards noise pop shoegaze.
And some solo material of our lead singer
>acoustic pop, ambient, vocal layers
>chiptune / dance / synth punk
>tfw just wrote out massive reviews but then accidentally clicked on a bookmark and lost them, I'll try to remember them now:
Not into metal at all so can't comment on the actual music, but the production is very solid and everything is mixed at just the right level, and I did find myself tapping along!
Hideous artwork, I like the videos though. The songs themselves don't have all that much variation though, I think you would benefit from concisely considering where you want the songs to go, maybe having an intro/chorus/verse etc. timeline before you start out would help the songs have more variety. Love those smacking drums though
>dat Fist of the North Star breakbeat drum loop that everyone uses at some point
If you're putting out at least one album a month I'd say you're not spending enough time on the music, I would recommend spending a few months working on an EP or something, to really challenge yourself and see what you come up with, I bet it would be good.
>ambient, sample-based, lush soundscape things
My band from Finland. Rock/Prog
>Alternative R&B/Dark R&B
Hi fellas, just released my Alternative R&B EP. Would love to hear what you think, especially about the songs that haven't been released already as singles. Thanks for everyone who has given me feedback during the last two months and helped me with this process, I'm grateful beyond measure.
I'll return all the feedback as usual!

Make the poo poo platter
>emo pop/indie from Madrid
>Indie rock/surf rock/punk/emo/bleh w/ chiptunes
Just released this today, includes a Cloud Nothings cover.
Loving this entirely dude. Possibly lower the vocals just a small amount. Not too much because your vocals are beautiful and they belong in the front of the mix.
>Noise - Power electronics - dark ambient
Thanks man! I play guitar and sing in the band, the vocals might be a bit loud in Crystal Cassels maybe but I think overall they are not too loud, trust me we discussed vocal's volumes A LOT while recording, digging your tracks a lot! nice production.
>First wave post-rock, noise rock, minimalism and video game music influence.
>Electronically aided live instrumentation + field recordings
>mid80s hip hop/ fusion electronic hop/ fly lo
check it out if your digging the new Earl track
NEW RELEASE, I hope it compares favorably to the last one
>ambient, drone, krautrock, noise, black metal, weird pop
>ambient, tape loops, warm drone
idk about the background synths but dig breakbeats, the synths take me out of the zone
really experimental reminds me of the new MBV but i feel, just like that album, they both lack kind of a coherence that would make it repeatably listenable
dig it feel like I'm in 2k9. you should be more of yourself and not grasp at the straws of surrounding culture
beach fossils. i like your vocal mix
this is good, the only thing so far that i have wanted to listen to more than once
not my type of music but its recorded well
reminds me of miami beach, your voice and the guitar mix really well, its like mellow 90-00 music
reminds me of tangerine dream i wish i could play synth like this
i think the layers should come in more subtly because it has potential and i like it
i would jam with you but i wish i could understand what you were saying i think could say a lot
not bad. seems like theres a lot of "post rock shoegaze" today, nobody wants to stretch the genre
lol why is this on a CD
has potential, work on fine tuning it
REC this is good. I've been on a deep house/minimal kick lately
not my thing
oh hey when you gonna hit me up ya flake
>i write songs
>you can buy cassettes of my songs from a small label
20 minute long demo, 7 tracks, cold and evil. Raw production, hope you enjoy.
Not sure what genre applies to this.
> stoner / experimental / noise / utter garbage

>New York, Philly

>star trek comedy funk rock
>sample based psych pop
>psychedelic space fun times, love the artwork

>made for a girl
reccing with much love!
> First Wave post-rock, Instrumental, Psychedelic, hints of western
>SoCal rock, lo fi, indie rock, punk rock, 5 piece band
>guitar, minimal, cozy
Great stuff man! I really like how consistent the whole record was. The only thing that didn't really grab me was the vocal sample/static in 劣化, I really like the overdriven bass and synth in it though. The drums sounded great in Cratasemetenox. You could definitely have yourself a fan if you make a release with more material on it.
Thanks to anyone who checked out my page.
>lo-fi garage music
>A friend called it "twee metal"
>3 cover songs, 1 original
I wanted to make an ass out of myself so I spent all of yesterday recording it.
Reccing the crew tho:
>>54362392 This in particular reminds me a bit of Black Flag's "Damaged" album. It might be the tone of the guitars or something.
Should I make a facebook page for The Pom Pom Girls? I don't really see a point in making a page at the moment but if I got enough people behind it, I would put a page up.
>outsider house, tech house
>ambient, drone, glitch
Like me on Facebook here: /cashewmusic
I normally do punk stuff, but I wanted to try something new that was more akin to lo-fi twee and garage. I like your overall style, though. The vocals work, which is weird because usually those types of vocals turn me off so fucking hard.
> industrial hip-hop instrumentals, glitch-based, noise-inspired, melodic samples glitched and manipulated to provide aggressive rhythms, wow-dad-go-away-buy-me-a-mtn-dew-u-ASS-gaze, post-core, pre-music, anti-good, shitgaze, good every day, sexy awkward music, awkward sex music, dog, bad dragon, shohei imamura, masaki kobayashi, seijun suzuki, angry, wow, ultra anger, rage music dog beats, fat music, burger music, moshi moshi, anime king, real weed, the marijuana

Just released my second demo, would love to hear what you think
First few tracks are killer, production is on point
I feel like Lanquid is slowly raising me up to some higher plane made of clouds and cotton balls
Build up and conclusion of the track are really well done, Actor is similarly gr8
Not as much of a fan of cashew
Deliciously lo-fi and catchy as hell, drumming could be tighter and vocals could use some work (though that could easily just be personal preference)
Loving the minimalism, Get Down and The Line are both great
Downloaded to check out later
Orion is so hypnotic and cozy and the ambience of Barricade makes me feel like everything is going to be okay
Recc'd and downloaded
Favourite ITT so far, absolutely fantastic and I'm only a few tracks in
Recc'd, Downloading, showing to my mother
>drumming could be tighter and vocals could use some work
it's not just you, I was trying to mesh melodic and gritty without getting too pop-punk about it. Hoping EP #2 is a bit tighter... it's gonna be mostly originals and I'm gonna probably practice all the parts before I go in and record.
aoty right here
>ambient, electronic, pop-ish, depressive, vocals
Thanks man! It's great to hear proper feedback on new stuff.
I think that your stuff sounds a bit unfinished/underproduced (but that's probably because it's a demo) but it feels really lush and doesn't really sound like anything else I've heard, good work.
>too much time on our hands
we just released >>54363407 !
the new album from mock off !!
shouts out to him !!!
things we're always into :
>Indie Rock, every song is influenced by a different genre
>My band's first record. Next one is going to be so much better in every way but this is what we've got for now.
Really dig this. Cool concept and executed really really well. Just very pretty and very chill.
>Minimal Techno, Chiptune, Tribal
will return feedback
Nice break on Raincoat. Great production overall!
Pretty, but it really needs either better plugins or real instruments.
Nice reminds me of old modest mouse. Really digging "you were right"
pretty good m8. rare that i ind metal in these threads, even more rare to find metal with vocals. so this was a pretty good find.
the beat to harmless is the grooviest thing i've listened to in a while. also the singing is quite good
listening through how to feel nothing at all. i like the instrumentation but the vocals need to be more clear in the mix
i've been looking for some surf music to chill to, and i'm loving this shit. def worth a download and full listen
i've listened to a few of your other albums and i'm liking what im hearing from your new stuff. keep it up man
