near perfect

I rarely rate an album above an 8.5, I'm generally very conservative with this sort of thing.

This is the only album I consider to be perfect. Written so articulately yet so relevant and catchy. It has a bit of everything without just sounding like a mish mash of different genres, which it so easily could've been. Flows so perfectly as an album, and yet each song stands tall on it's own (with the exception of the last three tracks).

I do have a nostalgic connection with it- I remember asking my mother for the money to buy it after hearing Feel Good Inc. But I'm so so glad I did- it absolutely changed my outlook on music, not to mention my taste.

I fucking love this album.
