Wintercore thread? Wintercore thread. I need music for the cold commutes.
Idk if anyone gets winter vibes from this but back in 2012 I was listening to it a ton during the winter so I kind of associate it with winter.
Objectively the best.
Listened to the whole thing like 3 times a few nights ago on a six hour freezing cold drive while my car heat didn't work. I cried, I screamed, I felt terrified, I felt at peace. Brettu good.
I made this playlist.
What about The Art Of Dying Alone? Does that feel like winter?
Casiotone for the Painfully Alone - Etiquette
The label shit on the top of this album is so fucking ugly.
>label calls it "densely-layered and blanket-thick bedroom folk" which is kind of weird but not far off and either way it's winter music
Found out that he is actually gonna perform where I live 15. Jan. Gonna give some of his albums a listen and see if it's worth it.
Thanks, I added Teen Daze - Glacier and Jon Hopkins - Asleep Versions to my playlist.
Also The Moon & Antarctica by Modest Mouse and Turn On The Bright Lights by Interpol
Norway is fine, but winter in Oslo (the capital) is pretty depressing. Dark all the time, and usually not enough snow to light up the day either. This is the worst part though, it will soon get better.
For sure! Just have to go outside the city, because here it is mostly pic related during the winter.
Don't know where you're from so don't know if you've had any experienced with it - but a proper winter is something else. Sitting inside your cabin looking outside at the snow, building a snowcave when you're a kid etc.
And here's an average neighbourhood during the winter.
i'm from the uk
i wish we had snow like this but
we only get pic related.
>music for the hunting season
agreeing with this
Really fantastic IDM. His other releases are varied but just as good.
