I'm looking for the ultimate road-trip album. Here are the requirements:
>must have rural imagery, whether it be mountains, deserts, forests, farm-land or grassy-plains.
>must be comfy
>must have a powerful opening and an emotional
>must have a structure, whether it be split into 2 parts or 3 parts or whatever
>must have loud, intense and powerful moments as well as quiet, tender and intimate moments
>must not have too futuristic or urban sounds an instruments like synths
>must be very long, over an hour at least
>overall, the album MUST feel like a journey

El-P is very similar flow wise but GDP is the man when it comes to intellectual lyricism and drug abuse. You might like Billy Woods if you haven't already, he uses similarly experimental beats and ties in a very perceptive and cynical world view with clever wordplay and crudeness. Without being too preachy either.
