i liked it a lot. pretty excited for the album now

fucking intense. Easily my favorite song of his solo work

saw them back at coachella and wasn't really impressed at all. they didn't play anything like this, most of the songs felt pretty longwinded and aimless. it seems like julian is mostly relying on his bands scuzzy aesthetic and in-the-red levels to be interesting, it's just not. people go crazy for it anyway, he was selling his shirts for $40 at fyf, might as well cash out while if you can.
