ITT: What are some of your favorite audiophile/studiophile headphones in the market right now?
>nothing will ever compare to this beautiful, beautiful piece of art right here
>putting comfort over extreme, world-renowned, state-of-the-art excellence in overall sound quality
you must love my pair then
Using the Beoplay H6 from Bang and Olufsen. Truly amazing set of headphones in my opinion. 24mm drivers, bass port (nicely balanced just like we're used to from B&O) with a range from 20 to 22000 Hertz. The headphones open up a beautiful soundstage and preforms very well in the mids and highs. The bass is nice and luckily not over powered like we've seen in recent headphones from bose, B&W and even Sennheiser for that mater.
To sum it up, if you are looking for clarity, spacious and unforgiving sound I can highly recommend this pair of headphones.
Sennheiser 650 HD Masterrace
>Not the HD 800
Enjoy your lesser class headphones
Use to have a pair of Audio Technica ATH-AD700, and I loved them. Unfortunately they broke, so I got a pair of of the Akg k240's for cheap, and they sound nice. They are not nearly as comfortable though.
How come you guys haven't credited this beast
mfw idiots in this thread think they need DAC and headphone amps
