my go-to nightcore as of late
Basically any trip-hop where you feel like having a night stroll around the cold, foggy Bristol sideways at night with headphones on your ears and orange lights showering down your head.
Tomorrow Comes Today by Gorillaz was the first song that made me go dig around this kind of music, I guess. Fits with your description of Night-core, tho it's more like urban afterhours kind of night than crawling in your blanket kind of night.
Guy Called Gerald - Black Secret Technology
volor flex, SOME of phaelehs stuff
four tet is also good
I dunno why but this is for me one of the best night tracks ever.
>Just got a car
>Friend is 150 miles away at a concert, asks me to pick him and mutual friend up
>Offers to pay for gas and throw in an extra $50 so I figure why not
>Leave my house at 9:30 PM
>Driving down I-95 towards Connecticut
>Two and a half hours go by, I've had nothing but Burial playing
>Most surreal drive ever, never driven that far or that route before, had an eerie unfamiliarity to it
>Pick up my friends and start to drive back
>"Dude, this is the perfect fuckin time to have some DJ Shadow or something"
>Listen to Endtroducing on repeat all the way back, talk about the concert, they both fall asleep halfway back and I'm just there in this contentment and comfiness
Ended up walking in at 3:30 and it was one of the best nights i've ever had
Is this thread about "music you listen when it s night" core or actual happy hardcore? In case it is the latter, does anyone have an essential chart?
Mfw people think OP means shitty songs sped up three times when he says "nightcore" (PS: that's what nightcore is. PPS: Nightcore isn't happy hardcore, so >>48006476 can go bugger himself in the snatch)
I wish I lived in the Northeast.
I hate driving here in the south, you can drive for 5 hours and all you see is scrubby pine trees.
If you drive all day up north you go through like 8 different major cities, mountains, and canada
I wish night would hurry the fuck up
It was only 90 degrees today with 36% humidity, so that was a bit of relief
What'd the point of living somewhere where summers are too hot to enjoy even being outside in the shade? You have to go back inside after 30 minutes, it's like winter in cold places but no beautiful snow.
>tfw driving around New England on a cold fall night with Giles Corey playing really fucking loud
>tfw menthol cigarettes
>tfw got my Dunkin Donuts
>tfw so many farms
I moved to the south recently and I miss this shit to death
