Who /tinnitus/ here? How do you deal with it? Anyone find it interferes with music listening?
>not protecting your ears
how did you let it get so far anon?
>>68256780
For me it was a metal phase and listening to music on loud trains/buses that required high volumes to drown out

i got it from standing behind an amp when i was in rehearsing when i was younger without earplugs. "well what´s the worst that could happen?"

ITT: Albums Better Than Loveless
>>68256710
Not this one. By the way, Isn't Anything arguably did noise-pop better.
>>68256710
but this isn't even close...
it is one great song, and then like 10 songs that try to be the same song, but done badly.
>>68256710
Can confirm this. I placed my set of speakers side by side, one group played Loveless the other played Souvlaki. The result was undeniable. 320kb rips. Same volume for all tracks. Loveless wins.
>hurr you can't complain about modern music being shit look how much good music there is today
It doesn't fucking matter if no one fucking listens to it. Memerap has dominated and infected everything to the point where it doesn't matter, there might as well not even be good music.

Opinion discarded.

is this the only good US BM record lads?
Am I total pleb if I can't get into any genre and just like certain artists?
All my favorite artists make wildly different kinds of music but I like them anyways because they all create very distinct tones/atmospheres with their music. I don't like any particular genre because of this, although I have a slight propensity towards folk and jazz.
Does this make me a pleb? How do I change this?
You're a pleb if you feel like you ""have"" to like a certain artist/genre to fit in.

What if you're borderline autistic though and just end up liking a few artists and listening only to them?
I can no longer enjoy albums over 30 min so lets post great albums that last 30 min or less

Can someone who is not technically trained be a good singer?
People who don't know shit about pitch, octaves, and so on. If they practice and throw their heart into it, can they be good?

I don't know what I was expecting, but both of the albums I listened to were really nice.
What is everyone's thoughts for those that have listened?
I really dig the heavieness. The song structures are so complex, more than anything they have done before, and it takes multiple listens to find the grooves.
I also love that raw production
Is it more of the same chugging with pretentious lyrics and insane druming?
>>68256157
No. More technical chugga nugga.
Anyone got the mega link? Pretty eager to hear this.

The Numbers imo
TTSSRMPMBMT is hurt by the fact that it's sandwiched between the two most emotional songs on the album, but it is good on it's own right.
