How did they go from Funeral to this piece of shit
very carefully
They've always been pretentious garbage for superficial hipsters that like style over substance, it's just now they've fallen out of favour with music trends and their music has become so self fellating that no one can really ignore it anymore. It's garbage and always has been, fuck arcade fire
they were indie darlings from birth, they never had anyone sit them down and tell them "no, this is shit. this is not okay."
pitchfork and similar sites told a generation pseudo-intellectual hipsters that this band was infallible and perfect and they ate it up. the band quickly noticed and let it go to their head, as is made obvious by the embarrassing, pretentious marketing campaign that is the most basic and bland criticism of consumerism ever.
Anyone listen to it yet? I just listened to the whole album. Although i think lil me was better im diggin the album as wiki is one of my favorite artists. What did you guys think?

Everything In Its Right Place - Kid A
Which one?
I haven't gotten through it fully but s2 feels a little more tonally consistent or at lest the tracks flow into each other unlike the first four off s1, so I'd probably go with it
2 is better.
2nd one had less lows and more highs. Neither of them are really that good desu.
Why are they trying to be Joy Division?
>>74753095
Well, it has been about 35 years since their last album.
>>74753095
Wow they even suck at that
I think AM is the worst arctic monkeys album. By the way, I never thought about they were trying to be joy division haha
>the song features more than one instrument
Stick to one goddamn instrument
>>74753057
go back and listen to your yiruma pleb

Itt: Albums that would be ideal to adapt into animated films.

No, Lifehouse would. RIP Lifehouse.

They're essentially the same thing

If anyone wants an album made into a wallpaper i'm down to take a few requests with my shitty paint.net skills
white album
try this
>gay as fuck
>always has little white thinks in his videos
>made a song called "too young" about falling in love with someone younger than him
So Tyler's a pedo then?
he just likes shotas, which further proves he is a patrician
faggots are the demographic most likely to be pedos and they basically "reproduce" through preying on vulnerable young boys, so yes.
>>74752325
DELET
when the fuck is their next album
>>74752313

I hear all but one line. "Hot off the wire" during the chorus is the closest I can get. Listen at 1:33-1:34 and tell me what you hear...
Screaming headline, have you heard the news
Rumor has it that it ain't the truth
We used to trust, now we have to be shown
The seeds of deception grow into their own
Hate me, know me, poison the wells
Make the sheep start to think for themselves
It gets better and better as we burst with excitement
Entering a new stage of enlightenment
FAKE NEWS
On the run, on the loose
FAKE NEWS
Hot off the wire
FAKE NEWS
Trumped up truth
FAKE NEWS
Spread like wildfire
Quote unquote, all ducks in a row
You are what you eat, and that's all you need to know
Detached from opposing points of views and values
The top of the food chain will decide what they'll tell you
Weaponized words, the truth ain't real
Monetized content to sweeten the deal
FAKE NEWS
On the run, on the loose
FAKE NEWS
Hot off the wire
FAKE NEWS
Trumped up truth
FAKE NEWS

FAKE, FAKE NEWS
Addicted to news, we hinge upon it
Like a dog will always return to his vomit
