Can anyone rec jazz that only consists of a piano, a kit, and a stand up bass?
For some reason this is my favorite combination of instruments in jazz (thus far) and I don't know how to find more of this specific lineup. Is there a genre title or anything?
Pic mostly unrelated, I'm just listening to it right now and I like when the arrangement drops down to piano/kit/bass like in track 2.
So you mean piano trios?
>>68712195
Oh, so there's a name for it.
Thanks senpai, I'll run with this. Everyone get out.

Hi, guys. I've created a Facebook page where I will post the best song quotes I've heard. But it has to be creative or unique. Not a quote that you've heard in other songs. Can you help me with suggestions? Thank you very much.

I'm making a mix for a friend and me. We're into astronomy and drive out of town every once in a while. Share your songs related to stars, planets and the universe - be it in the lyrics or the music itself.
Any genre is welcome!
Prefered genres are: Classical, Hip Hop, Funk and Soul, Classic Rock or even Techno.
So far, I have:
The Star Crossed Lovers - Duke Ellington
Gustav Holst - The Planets (Jupiter, Mars or Venus, depending on which movement fits better)
Metallica - Orion
Ilse Werner - Du und ich im Mondenschein
Richard Strauss - Also sprach Zarathustra
Johann Strauss Sohn - An der schönen blauen Donau
Ada Jones and Bill Murray - Shine on Harvest Moon
Einstürzende Neubauten - Stella Maris
Goodbye Moonmen from Rick and Morty
Miracles by Insane clown posse, really makes you think
this goes well with stars/space even if it isn't about it
